Spacious 2bd in Historic Federal Hill Free Parking

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. The space is newly updated with a lot of new furnishings. Please note this is a 3rd floor walk up. We love animals but unfortunately people can be irresponsible, therefore we cannot allow animals in the apartment. We ask that you respect the home and not smoke, use candles or have parties or large gatherings. Monthly rentals have weekly cleanings (must contact me before booking a month) I look forward to welcoming to my home!

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
