Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Providenciales and West Caicos

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

Eddy was very responsive and helpful, the space was clean and had everything you need (including beach chairs and an umbrella), pool was clean and never crowded, the condo complex was quiet and within an easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and the marinas.

Can’t say enough good things about the place, stay, location and hosts. Very responsive, centrally located, well equipped and peaceful. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this experience lived up to its description. Oscar was fantastic. Would def book again if visiting again.

Absolutely loved this stay! It is a quick walk to a beautiful section of the Grace Bay beach with a snorkeling park! The studio is cozy had everything one person needs, and there’s communal snorkeling equipment. The location was easily accessible to east and west sides of the island. The hosts are really kind and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Extremely last minute stay and Anthony’s did not disappoint! Less than a 10 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Turks and Caicos. I will be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay and for us... a definite 5 star! Yvetka had all the essentials for enjoying the beach! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a very workable washer and dryer which was an awesome addition. Loved the kitchen as we brought food with us and also bought food in T&C for cooking! The condo also gets a BIG 5 stars for location, location, location! Fabulous for an easy walk from the condo to the cafe for great coffee (Turks Wave Cafe), wonderful restaurants, and the beach! An easy drive to Grace Beach downtown area. The location was also excellent for getting around the island with our car rental, as we visited many beaches that were mostly within 10-20 minutes away. Highly recommend checking out different beaches as each has it's own character. One of our favorites was Long Bay Beach! What a wonderful gem! The location is absolutely perfect! Description was spot on, a 1 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches on the island! We are a family of 5 (3 kids age 8,9,12)…all the pool and beach toys and accommodations were perfect for a day at the beach (paddle board, wagon, chairs and umbrella)…there are a couple of beach bars and a restaurant at the other end of the beach, so you can walk down and grab drinks but walk back to the more private end of the beach. The house was great. Anything that popped up unexpectedly (example fire pit was out of propane) Amy was very quick to resolve. Kids all had their own space but we could cook and play game on the balconies as a family. Washer and dryer for laundry was used every day for kids stuff, which was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels for beach and pool days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy TCI.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was described perfectly. We did rent a car but would have been completely fine without it. The property was extremely clean and we had everything that we could have needed. The patio was the perfect place to have dinner and hang out with the family in the evenings. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the beach were a really quick walk. I would highly recommend this property for small families and/or a small group of friends. Thank you for opening your home to us!!

Do yourself a favor & book this place!! Spotless home with perfect AC units (I'm usually VERY picky with cleanliness), very WFH friendly (desk, chair, very good wifi, etc), and very safe location! I stayed here as a solo female traveler & never felt the need to even lock my door! Perfect place to stay long term, too - comes with everything you need, it's away from all of the resorts/noise (& fratty people). Incredible price, too! I will only come back to TCI if this home is available! I stargazed in the pool every single night. Jim & Maria are incredible hosts who were so helpful in every way. For example, I'm pretty sure Maria took the batteries out of her fire alarm to put into mine, so she suffered all night, but I didn't have to. They also lent me their paddleboard, gave me endless tips/tricks, & were so kind! Really made the island feel special. Thank you SO much for everything!

Absolutely perfect stay! This place exceeded all our expectations — beautifully decorated, spotless, and just steps from the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful property, views caught our attention every day we walked in, a vehicle is definitely needed since it is a good distance away from the main tourist attractions 15-25 minutes but it was nice and quiet and perfect for our honeymoon!! Shiri and Jonathan was great hosts and communicated effectively and efficiently.

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Wow! This place was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. It’s so close to everything and allowed us to easily jump around to all the different beaches. The house is stunning and view is to die for! Highly highly recommend!!! Also, David is really great to rent from. He was super helpful and flexible with us, which were super grateful since we had our son with us and babies need flexibility ha! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.

great location, can walk to Baci, Shark Bite and Mango reef restaurants and more. Walk to Smith Reef for snorkeling, and only 10 minute or so drive to Grace Bay area. Beach supplies provided and you can also walk straight to Bight Beach out in front of resort. Room was very nice with a patio and has a pool 2 stories up with great views of sunset. Very pleasant stay, I would recommend!

Just as advertised. Clean and very close to Smith Reef Beach. as others have mentioned, a car is a must. we had a great trip.

Great location in Turtle cove, one block from Marina for diving! Gemma was very accommodating and flexible, which was great with our schedule! Check out Viator website for activities! Definitely need a rental car for transit on the island!

Clare was an amazing host and went up and beyond during our stay! The location doesn’t get better, you have everything you need within walking distance and the apartment was beautiful!
