Gemütliches Haus mit allem was man braucht, sogar Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist schön sauber und groß. Die Kommunikation mit Paola und ihrem Mann war unkompliziert. Als einziges haben wir einen Grill vermisst, den gibt es entgegen der Beschreibung nicht. Aber das war wirklich die einzige Kleinigkeit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub!

Una piccola oasi di pace! Un posto meraviglioso.. una casa da sogno, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e immersa nella tranquillità. Gli Host sono stati davvero gentili e accoglienti. Consigliato per chiunque voglia godersi un weekend lontano dal caos della città, in totale relax e in un ambiente raffinato e dal gusto impeccabile.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile presso l'alloggio di Giuseppe. La casa è esattamente come nelle foto: spettacolare in ogni dettaglio. Il loft è spazioso e confortevole, ideale per famiglie, amici o coppie. Gli ambienti sono ampi e ben curati, con una pulizia impeccabile che ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Giuseppe è stato un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e rapido nel rispondere a qualsiasi chiamata o messaggio. Inoltre, è stato molto flessibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un luogo accogliente e ben gestito per il proprio soggiorno.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare qui durante il week end di Pasqua. Eravamo in 6 quindi abbiamo avuto la casa tutta per noi essendoci 3 stanze matrimoniali con altrettanti bagni privati. Il posto è tranquillo , lontano dal caos della grande città e dall’ over turismo. Panorama splendido su tutta la vallata con le colline sullo sfondo. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Possibilità di utilizzare il barbecue. Plus: sicuramente fare un brindisi al tramonto all’interno della vasca idormassaggio posizionata perfettamente per ammirare l’incantevole paesaggio. Lorenza Host amichevole, precisa. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

I can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess, Giordana. She went out of our way to connect us with relatives in the town of Rocca d’Arazzo, and that made our visit to this small Piedmontese town absolutely amazing! Giordana’s beautiful home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together. We loved the private setting close to town and just 20 minutes away from the larger city of Asti. There were plenty of towels and linens and other amenities for us to enjoy during our stay. We will absolutely try to stay here again if we are able to make it make to Rocca d’Arazzo.

Donatella made us feel so welcomed and was always very helpful and kind. The apartment was very nice. The garden is wonderful to stroll around in or simply chose a seat (many options) enjoying the life going on among the many trees and flowers. Furthermore both my sons and I had much fun together playing pingpong and arch on the green lawn. It took 30-40 minutes by car to the beaches or one could choose to explore the Beigua Park just nearby. Sasello itself has nice local shops.

Es ist ein fantastisches haus. Gut gepflegt und richtig gut ausgestattet. Perfekt für Gruppen. Viel Platz und eine wunderschöne Aussicht in die Landschaft. Viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Keiner von uns Gästen hatte jemals eine so gut ausgestattete airbnb Küche gehabt. Wir sind traurig dass unsere Ferien bereits wieder vorbei sind. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco funktionierte super. Vielen Dank Francesco wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

La villeta si trova in regione Monterodondo di Gavi,posta su un crinale collinare a pochi minuti d'auto dal casello autostradale di Serravalle Scrivia,non lontana da uno dei piu' grandi oulet italiani. La zona e' tranquilla con vista aperta su colline e boschi.L'immobile e' ampio e curato con arredamento che richiama le case di campagna inglesi:dispone su due livelli di tre camere da letto,due bagni completi ed ampi spazi comuni con cucina e sala da pranzo oltre soggiorno ;niente condizionamento,solo ventilatori.Parcheggio riservato esterno.Piacevole girdino con deliziosa piscina ad uso esclusivo.Soggiorno confortevole e riservato.Host Gianfranco, cordiale ed attento ,con validi collabori locali ,host Gianfranco cordiale ed attento

Clara con la sua dependance tra le colline astigiane ti trasporta in un’altro mondo, fatto di silenzi e rumori della natura. Un piacevole angolo di pace. La colazione, fatta poi all’aperto, con torte e dolci fatti in casa sono una coccola per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Grazie Clara alla prossima

Dona's appartment is right in the center of (the old part of) Neive. There's a restaurant next door and two enoteca's accross the street. It's quiet, although in the weekends there can be the buzz of people in the street, but that didn't bother us at all. The appartment is lovely, with a spacious living room with nice kitchen. Very nice bathroom en two good sized bedrooms. From the (small) balcony you get a nice view of the new part of Neive and of course the hills with vineyards. It's very easy to park a couple of minutes from the appartment. At some hours it's possible to park in front of the appartment (mostly to load and unload). Dona communicates very smoothly and is super friendly. There was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. Grazie mille. We had a great week in Dona's appartment.

Super nette Gastgeber, war spontan für die Durchreise gewählt und zum Glück für mich das Richtige. Auch die Altstadt ist abends super zu erkunden und lädt zum günstigen Abendessen ein.

Wer eine familiäre Unterkunft inmitten der Natur sucht ist hier richtig. Hier bist Du nie allein. Alice ist sehr herzlich und das Haus steht in einem wunderschön wildem Garten mit Obstbäumen. Hier kann man gut die Seele baumeln lassen und entschleunigen. Sehr zu empfehlen. ❤️

What a charming house! My parents and my 2 friends and my husband and I had more than enough room. The third bedroom on the third floor is accessed through one of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The amenities were as described. Barbara met us and was so kind and responsive. The town itself is enchanting and the roads are quite narrow (for an American) and parking was very close to the house. The life size dolls around the town are interesting, the hair was so lifelike. The views from the town were lovely. The skeleton key for the house fit nicely in my purse, and there are towns close by with many amenities, which are all outlined in the book provided in the house. There is a charming small cafe/market/pizzeria a quick walk down the hill, next to the playground.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni davvero piacevoli e pressoché perfetti. La struttura è accogliente, con ambienti ampi, puliti e confortevoli, perfetti per rilassarsi. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l’area esterna: spaziosa, curata e con una vista panoramica davvero mozzafiato! Un grazie di cuore a Sabrina e alla sua collaboratrice Caterina per la grande disponibilità a venire incontro alle nostre richieste: ci siamo sentiti davvero ben accolti. Torneremmo volentieri. Abbiamo scelto la Tenuta San Rocco a Conzano per festeggiare un’occasione molto speciale: i 70 anni di mio padre. Non avremmo potuto immaginare un luogo più suggestivo e accogliente per celebrare questo momento. La tenuta è immersa nella quiete delle colline del Monferrato, con una vista che lascia senza fiato ad ogni ora del giorno. Gli spazi sono curati con amore e attenzione, un perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza e autenticità. Ogni dettaglio racconta una storia, e si percepisce chiaramente la passione di chi gestisce questo posto. Gli ambienti interni sono spaziosi, pulitissimi e arredati con gusto: ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, coccolati da un’atmosfera calda e familiare. L’esterno, con il giardino fiorito e gli angoli panoramici, è stato lo sfondo perfetto per i nostri brindisi e le risate in famiglia. Un grazie di cuore ai padroni di casa, gentili e presenti con discrezione, che hanno reso tutto ancora più speciale con la loro disponibilità e ospitalità. Consigliatissimo

Staying with Eugenio and Simona means enjoying Italian hospitality. The accommodation is nicely situated in the vineyards and the hosts can help you arrange your itinerary. The host’s enobotega has a fine selection of regional wines. We would definitely consider staying again when around.

We had such a wonderful stay with Nadia and her cute old dog Era! Nadia is a delightful host who has a lot of recommendations for restaurants, things to visit and places to see. Although her house is located next to the airbnb, she does not invade your privacy at all, and from the wooden platform and the pool it is nearly impossible to look into each other's space. The house is lovely. You see it has a lot of history, but all the ammenities are provided, with mosquito nets at every window, and even airco in the bedrooms (though we did not need it). The kitchen is a bit basic, but honestly, with such great restaurants in the neighbourhood, you'll want to eat out every night anyway! The view is breath-taking, and it is so quit - except for the sounds of the many birds that live in the area. I would definetely recommend this place to everyone who wants to escape their busy lives for a few days and enjoy la dolce vita in the beautiful countryside of Italy!

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

The Airbnb was brilliant and the staff were excellent in helping with any questions or needs. Highly recommend the activities listed they have curated the best!

We had a great time in Agliano Terme and Maria is a wonderful host. Everything was clean, the pool and Barbecue were well kept and the Internet was stable. The only worth noting is that you basically share the backyard with the neighbors right next to you and there is not much privacy. You have to consider that there might be families with children and if you're going for a very peaceful time you have to get a bit lucky with your neighbours as wer did.

The house was very authentic and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the washing machine was appreciated. Iano is an excellent communicator and attended to our needs as they arose. It’s a good base to explore the Barolo region, Asti and Alba.

Der Aufenthalt war super, das Haus ist wirklich schön und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das Haus ist riesig. Die beiden Aufenthaltsbereiche (Wohnzimmer im Parterre sowie im 1. Stock) laden zum verweilen und am Abend zum Wein trinken ein. Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls Highlights und es gibt viel Platz draussen. Es ist super für die Kinder zum Spielen. Die Nähe zu Moncalvo ist ebenfalls praktisch, man benötigt aber ein Auto.

This beautiful Italian farm house is out in the country, among the vineyards, with beautiful views. Absolutely peaceful. I can imagine that in the summer time the outdoor tables and grill are well utilized. A really fun place for gathering with friends. Lots of room to spread out, to cook, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The old home is charming. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Just 10 minutes from Acqui

Sehr freundlich, Pool war sehr schön und man teilt ihn nur mit einer anderen Partei. Außerdem gibt's Tischkicker, Tischtennis Trampolin etc. Der Hof ist oben am Berg und nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Yana war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber.
