Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

La Mason dl'Arc - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

An apartment in a newly renovated 17th century house with views of the castle of Serralunga d'Alba and the surrounding vineyards, which you can enjoy from any room or from the small balcony that belongs to the apartment. The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.
