top apartment, without false modesty, we have been using Airbnb for a few years but honestly a house like this beautiful , clean , all in order with the comforts we need, we have never had new and very clean linens and everything you need in the clean kitchen, let's say that many times we have adapted even if it was not exactly as described , this is all perfect, the owners are very kind and helpful and we thank you for everything , THANK you LUCA , and thank you GIOVANNA for everything. We recommend it because the price matches the beauty and order of this house , highly recommended

Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

A lovely home with a courtyard full of flowers and a beautiful view of countryside. You can have a dinner on your terrace watching the sunset. The beach is only ten minutes drive away. And the hosts, Giovanni and Mirca, were super friendly. A lovely stay, all in all.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Relaxation oasis on Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating to marvel and dream. The house has a lot of space, high quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps, and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque backdrops of Mondavio and Orciano and always discover new perspectives. The house and garden give a feeling of space, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nasty lizards, a hoopard, sparrows, and fireflies. The kitchen is very well equipped with many,glasses, crockery, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners generously share everything.

It has been a beautiful space! If you want to find peace in beautiful nature, this is the place to be. Irene is a wonderful host and has furnished the farm with attention to detail. We had a perfect beach vacation thanks to this accommodation. Location - Quiet area, a few steps from the beach, house with North/East windows perfect for the summer (inside it was quite cool even without using the air conditioning) Accommodation - clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday. Large terrace and almost always in the shade (only in the morning it is under the sun, which however does not bother you to have breakfast) Elisa was a professional and super kind host! To be recommended!

Mini apartment equipped with everything you need to spend your holiday in total relaxation. The area, surrounded by greenery, is very quiet, in a fairly shaded area. The sea is 15 minutes away on foot and easily accessible. A note of merit for also accepting pets in the apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed with topper. Very nice bathroom equipped with washing machine, hairdryer and courtesy kit. We found everything we needed for daily cleaning, which is not a given. Although we had a problem with the internet connection, Emma and Davide proved to be very proactive and helped us. Very good Davide and Paolo for the help shown for each of our requests. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully furnished, but also in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us very kindly and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back!

This apartment is really delightful. All new and carefully furnished. Access is simple and the directions provided are clear and precise. There is a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the peace of this place. We only stayed one night, but we had a great time! We also received directions to nearby places to eat, although the kitchen is fully equipped! Highly recommended

The accommodation is impeccable: in an old building, completely renovated, with perfect furnishings (even paintings by famous artists!) and equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable beds for those who love to sleep on hard surfaces like us. Since there are no shops or bars in the village, it was very useful to find the essentials for breakfast in the kitchen. Very quiet place, on a hill with a spectacular view. However, this location makes it essential to have a car and to drive many kilometers to visit the surroundings and also to go out for dinner (there is only one pizza restaurant)

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.
