We stayed two nights in this very nice and clean place. Alessandra is a very responsive host, giving you the opportunity to use bikes throughout your stay. We highly recommend if you want to spend a few days in San Benedetto.

This place is a dream ... A magic spot under the Italian sun, bohemian style, very relaxed . Quiet..The owners very lovely. We miss them Allready.Great for family...Breakfast yummie. Ask for the homemade carrotcake. A place you want to spent your day and just relaxe.... Easy to go exploire all beautiful places around. Close to the seaside .Restaurants close with yummie food .We look forwards to come back.🌻

This is absolutely my new favorite place to stay in Grottammare. It is not fancy, but it is a great value for the money, and it is very well taken care of. The room was simple, but immaculate. The location is also fantastic. it is set away from all the activity, so it is quiet, but you can walk to the beach, the train station or the main bus stop in about 3 minutes. Marco was also very friendly and welcoming.

Simply perfect stay! Gianluca and Monica were exceptional hosts, welcoming and always available for every need. The accommodation is located in an area surrounded by greenery and nature: the ideal place for those seeking peace, silence and absolute relaxation. Breakfast was excellent, abundant and with attention to detail, a real pleasure to start the day. The hospitality and kindness of Gianluca and Monica made our stay special: we felt at home. We will definitely be back and hope they can visit us soon!

The host wasn't home right now, but a good friend of hers. This one was very personable, a warm-hearted dear person. She did a safe place to make our stay as pleasant as possible, which is well done. Everything was beautifully tastefully decorated, the breakfast table a true splendor. The house is very quiet on a beautiful large rather natural property with many seats in the sun and shade. Our room was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable there.

Danieles place was excellent, in stunning countryside with a lovely pool and someone was always around to help or advice. Ample of parking, buffet breakfast and a dinning room in the evening which was lovely and meant we didn’t have to go out. Daniele and his wife were lovely.

We happened to happen to Ascoli Piceno and it was an incredible discovery. Gianluca and his father were immediately very helpful, despite our short notice, they welcomed us with a smile and were very kind! The Bnb is in a beautiful and quiet place, just 5 minutes from downtown. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night but we will definitely be back! Recommended:)

I stayed two nights at Luigi's, choosing this property for the very affordable price and the optimal location 2 minutes from the pedestrian area of San Benedetto and 15 minutes from the beach and the train station. Simple and clean room, shared bathroom always monitored by Luigi, who, discreetly, is always available for the duration of the stay, with information and advice also in excellent English. How to be at home!!!

Wonderful week in Danilo's B&B, a stone's throw from the sea and with the possibility of easily reaching the surrounding areas by car or bike. We were greeted and pampered with a hearty breakfast every morning. The room was cleaned by request and had all the comforts in the description.

A wonderful and cozy stay. the space was clean, peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, making the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming.

We were welcomed in the best way, Lara's mother immediately made us feel at home by giving us the basic directions. The super spacious room with fantastic terrace, where every morning at dawn we could admire the colors and the sea given the proximity of the house. Every morning we found breakfast ready according to our tastes, and little Mafalda (the cat) welcomed us with cuddles and purring. I highly recommend this place, you'll feel melancholy at the end of your stay! Thanks Lara <3

Clean and tidy room, balcony with sea view and comfortable private bathroom. Downtown and sea reachable on foot in 15/20 minutes. Super helpful and friendly host.

First time in this place but it has remained in our hearts. Marco was warm and helpful. Free parking on the property. The room is beautiful and modern, equipped with every comfort. Very clean and extremely functional. Each room has a private balcony with a table and chairs. Possibility of getting fresh water from the barrel in the corridor. Quiet and sheltered area from which it is very easy to reach the sea or the center. Excellent and varied breakfast, always with homemade desserts. I hope to be back soon

We returned to Andrea and his family after having already been there in June. We reconfirm a special place for proximity to the sea, cleanliness and services. We also used the shared kitchen and ate in the garden, as well as taking advantage of the agreements made available. We will definitely be back

We had a great time in our 2 day stay in Martinsicuro. The room and structure are newly renovated. The rooms and common spaces are clean and equipped with all the comforts. Andrea is very helpful and responds immediately to requests and needs. The property is very close to the sea and in the area there are free parking lots and a supermarket that can be reached on foot. Great value!
