Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Ascoli Piceno

The B&B is a 10-minute drive from the sea. It has a wonderful view. Mery is a very kind and super helpful person. The room was super clean and was remade every day. Highly recommended!!! PS breakfast is also great

This is a lovely bnb in a beautiful setting. The views are incredible, from our bedroom we watched fireworks that were on the coast! Sea and Mountain Views and an easy walk up the hill to a quaint and very historic hill top village, Ripatransone. We found the most narrow alley in Italy there! We enjoyed caffè and delicious meals in authentic bars and cafes, and a farm based restaurant. Maria is a very kind and generous host, helping us with restaurant bookings and recommendations, as well as giving us her home grown fruit, eggs and delicious olive oil. We arrived to a tasty freshly baked cake! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend this bnb for anyone who would want to be farm based, but very close to the beautiful beaches of the area.

Beautiful,large Italian-style house with amazing history,meticulously restored by the owners and equipped with taste. Located on the out of the village of Servigliano. The host is open,nice,accessible online ;)We were surrounded by great care,tips,suggestions for stay,sightseeing, etc. The structure of the house makes air conditioning not necessary even at 40oC as they were during our stay. The house is surrounded by a quite large garden and area, which gives a great sense of freedom. Despite the fact that the house is located directly next to the road, the noise is not bothersome,after the second day we have no further attention. Which one can take a break from the hustle and bustle of resorts and feel the atmosphere of Italy !

Carla and her sons are wonderful hosts! The whole property is a dream, from the pool to the fantastic restaurant - where you are spoiled with culinary delights! We would love to come back!

Wonderful accommodation... Really dreamy, it exceeded all expectations. It's not at all like the photos, it's even better than it looks. Marco and Teresa are wonderful. Kind and helpful. At breakfast they made us find homemade cakes and many other delicious things. Highly recommended... We'll be back soon

Absolutely incredible! Easy walk to the sea, easy walk to the train station, easy walk to the town square with plenty of lively activities. I absolutely adore San Benedetto and this host, and Mama Paoula, were gracious hosts! I would 100% stay here again and recommend highly!!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The location is superb - extremely close to the centre - just a short stroll. The breakfast was wonderful. The views magnificent. The rooms tastefully decorated. Parking not a problem (past Porta Romana is free and just a short walk). Dagmara and Marilena very friendly and helpful. We had both rooms and will recommend to friends for future visits to Ascoli Piceno.

Apartment with attention to detail with everything you need for a weekend away. Location in the middle of the medieval village, convenient for restaurants and parking. Hosts who are super attentive to every circumstance, available and friendly. A very pleasant weekend, we'll be back soon!

The stay was great. Very well-maintained, spacious and high-quality accommodation. Too bad it's quite noisy with the traffic (windows simply glazed) and the dishwasher didn't work (but was communicated). Can still recommend it in any case.

First, let's talk about the apartment. Very nice, spacious and optimal for 2 couples or a family with children. Kitchen equipped with everything you need( even if we used it little😉), a new giant bathroom, a second bathroom, a second bathroom with everything including a shower. Air conditioning in the two bedrooms, however able to cool the entire house, and I will tell you this week it was particularly warm, even then the Mega terrace that the apartment has the apartment always saves you from the hustle and bustle since it is always ventilated. 4 adult bikes available, it is in 5 minutes with bikes 6 on the Beautiful waterfront of San Benedetto, it is in another 5 minutes if you want you can get to the center of San Benedetto if you want the Movida. Then we also have to talk about Patrizia, what can we say about a wonderful hostess!!! A person of incredible availability, you think of something that could be useful and it's there. The washing machine with detergents. The dishwasher with detergents. A second kitchen X to fry two Olive All'Ascolana🤤, perhaps in a separate environment to avoid odors in the house, there is! There's a wood-fired pizza oven! And then, an incredible kindness that leaves a positive mark on the heart. I can't wait to come back, I hope very soon. As you may have guessed, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Highly recommend Luca and his apartment Luca was a great host, replying very quickly! Loved the apartment, such a good spot for what I wanted; 15mins walk into town, near an amazing gelateria and 3mins to the beach! Lots of coffee bars, bars and restaurants dotted around too! 2-3mins walk. The new kitchen is good size and the hob works great - I didn't use oven but looked brand new. I really liked the large balcony, with plants all around. The building was very quiet, I slept like a baby. I'll be back in the summer for sure (October was a little too cold) thanks again

Emanuele is a precise host in communications and attentive to the needs of guests. The area is optimal because it is quiet, with ample parking adjacent to the house and not far from points of interest. The house is clean, cozy. Recommended

Staying at Elisabetta’s place in Ascoli Piceno was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Not only was the breakfast great, the room clean, and the host very accommodating, but the surrounding area is beautiful and filled with lots to do. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to explore Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding areas.

It can't be more Italian. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city. and .. the Adriatic Sea, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time in the villa as possible. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely gracious and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and in the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace where we even danced.. For friends of a time trip to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended
