A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. Chalet di nuova costruzione, con finiture in legno vecchio e completamente ecosostenibile. Nel bagno troverete una vasca per due persone, vogliamo darvi la sensazione di immergervi in un lago di montagna, più precisamamente nel Rio Bianco (Weissenbach). Per progettare lo chalet ci siamo immedesimati in voi ospiti, pensando a cosa avremmo voluto trovare noi in una tipica baita di montagna e da qui è partita l'idea.
