The location was amazing, looks over the entire region from above. If your looking for an authentic Italian stay, stay here! Also, the host provided amazing help with local cuisine that was gluten free. Overall nothing but helpful and enjoyable! Would stay again!

Our stay was incredible; this was as much a vacation as it was a sentimental journey. The apartment itself was wonderful, quiet, and has a beautiful view. There is plenty of space and a laundry room nearby. We were in town to enjoy a quiet contry retreat and possibly reconnect with old acquantances from decades ago. Having grown up in the area back in the 1970s, I remember much of the town and the kindness of the owners of what was a restaurant/hotel in the center of town—now just a restaurant. The local area is steeped in beauty and history and wonderful people, and we enjoyed everything within walking distance. The cafe and restaurants are delicious (especially the gelato!), and there is a great bakery nearby. Our host even went out of her way to arrange a private farm tour and cheese tasting which we'll never forget, and we can't thank her enough! The people we met during our visit helped us follow the thread further to connect with our past. We can't wait to visit again!

Meri is an exceptional host. We felt at home, my 4-year-old fell in love with the place. Everything organized down to the smallest detail, especially the cleanliness like at home - fragrant and comfortable. Very convenient breakfast. The feeling is that of staying in a mountain apartment. Easy and free parking both in the garden and in the square in front. Self check-in and check-out is great. We'll definitely be back.

What a beautiful and carefully crafted and cared for property! Has everything you need and more. Very peaceful and well kept with cute lamas, clean cozy sauna, pool with lots of seating and a shower, trampoline and swings/slide/sandbox for kids and incredible views from the lovely garden. There are a couple amazing restaurants just next door and a supermarket too, couldn’t ask for more.

This is a serviced apartment so it’s a bit different than a standard Airbnb! They came to clean and replace the sheets and towels halfway through our stay which was very nice! The one downside is that the kitchen isn’t stocked for cooking- not even basics like salt/pepper and oil. It is stocked like a hotel room with coffee, tea, and sugar packets. Everything in the house was perfectly clean and exactly as advertised and we felt it was an excellent value for the price. All the laundry necessities were available, the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, and the AC was nice and cold. The free parking was also a nice perk.

Charming apartment with all the amenities you'd want for a long stay! Comfortable beds, great kitchen, and easily walkable to Polcenigo and the lovely nature that surrounds it. The staff are very friendly with plenty of recommendations or helpful tips, and were very flexible for a smooth check-in and check-out experience! We can't wait to return!

The three days spent at Palazzo Lacchin far exceeded my expectations. Both the apartment and Polcenigo proved to be a real gem. The village, with its castle, palaces and alleys, is absolutely enchanting and offers magnificent views, as well as the colors of the Gorgazzo springs a short distance away by car. The super comfortable apartment with a warm atmosphere offered me and my sister a truly relaxing environment, accompanied by the crushing noise of the stream. The Christmas vibe with all the houses that exposed their own crib on the windows made the atmosphere even more enchanted but it is definitely a place to come back in the different seasons of the year.

Very pleasant discovery. We did not know the reality of the 'diffuse' and we were enchanted and fascinated by it. Everything matches photographic documentation and description. Warm and welcoming environment all made of wood. There's everything you need for a short or long stay. The view from the balcony equipped with chairs and deck chairs is wonderful on the mountains. The charm of the fireplace warms the atmosphere even more. If you want, you can order breakfast that is pleasant for you in a basket... good and plentiful with local products. At the reception there is always a way to receive useful information with courtesy and maximum availability. If you want to unplug from the hustle and bustle here is the ideal place, calm silence surround you with enchanting views.

We had a great ski vacation at Alan's place. He had many recommendations for ski, restaurants, and local stores. Always responsive, kind, flexible, and also has a beautiful spa to relax at, a the end of the day. Hope to come back again!

The stay was a wonderful experience, exactly as provided in the pics and description. If you are looking a peaceful and comfy place to stay in the region, go for it. Its really worthy and the host was also very friendly, helped us with late check and was very responsive.

This was the nicest Airbnb that we’ve stayed in for sure! The hospitality, the amenities, the location and the restaurant were all top notch! I wish we could have stayed longer. We visited the Lago de Braise which is about an hour from the place and it was breathtaking. Highly recommend this gem!!

My fiancée & I have now been to Polcenigo 3 times in the last year & have fell in love with the village. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean with perfect amenities. Claudia is a dream host.
