Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Biella

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mit tollem und unverbautem Blick auf den Ortasee. Gepflegte Außenanlage mit privatem Parkplatz. Das Haus mit insges. 3 Ferienwohnungen ist relativ neu und in einem entsprechenden sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung kann von uns uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Sabrina war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf alle fragen gleich reagiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist ideal nur wenige Kilometer vom Lago Maggiore endfernt, und sehr ruhig. Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset House. There was a beautiful view on the lake, Rubens was very friendly and easy to communicate with, the house had everything we needed and it was great that our dog could freely walk around in the fenced garden.

The apartment is a dream – spacious, cozy, and perfectly located right by the water with a beautiful view. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it!

Signora carla che ci ha accolto in maniera molto graziosa.. ambienti nuovi puliti e in una zona di campagna tranquilla.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen, gut eingerichtetem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Ausblick, der gemütlichen Möblierung und der vorhandenen Privatsphäre war unser Highlight. Ein Dankeschön geht nochmals an Bettina für ihre Unterstützung bei der Planung unserer Ausflüge. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

l'appartamento di Roberto ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative: cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che occorre, camera da letto spaziosa, nel bagno una super doccia. Molto apprezzata anche l'accoglienza per la nostra cagnolina. Molto utile anche la zona esterna attrezzata con comode poltronine. Da ritornarci senz'altro.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Piemont verbracht. Die Unterkunft bei Helena und Sergio war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Sergio und Helena sind sehr gastfreundlich. Wenn wir etwas benötigten, konnten wir uns immer an sie wenden. Der schöne Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Meravigliosa location, un casale rustico di charme, immerso nel verde, con stupenda vista sul lago, da apprezzare soprattutto dal loggiato e dalla finestra della camera. Arnaud è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato consigli e info sui dintorni, presente ma discreto, lasciandoci vivere il soggiorno in libertà. E che dire della splendida piscina,molto grande, tra la casa e una bella siepe,che abbiamo sfruttato fino all’ultimo: va fatto un tuffo in contesto così gradevole! Grande spazio verde attorno, piaciuto tanto anche alla nostra cagnolina(una pimpante border collie) che si è divertita giocando e correndo libera(attorno è tutto recintato)per poi riposare all’ombra delle piante mentre noi prendevamo il sole a bordo piscina.Menzione speciale per Jacky, il simpatico cagnolone dei vicini, che ci ha fatto compagnia, che ha preso a cuore gli ospiti e li accoglie con la sua dolcezza, facendosi fare tante coccole!Piacevolissimo soggiorno, in relax e tranquillità! Torneremo!

Notre séjour d'une nuit chez Simona était parfait. La location est très belle. Simona est très sympathique et accueillante et répond très vite. Nous recommandons !

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Eleonora è stata una host estremamente gentile, ma anche discreta e molto reattiva; ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha consigliato luoghi e ristoranti. La casa è molto grande, con ampie vetrate luminose nella zona giorno, che mostrano il bel panorama circostante. La privacy è assicurata da un ampio giardino privato, con bellissimi alberi e fiori. La abbiamo trovata pulitissima, in perfetto stato e con tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti. Anche i letti provati in due camere erano molto comodi. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza.

Se ci fosse un termine per indicare PERFEZIONE sarebbe troppo poco per illustrare com'è andato il soggiorno. Veramente tutto perfetto. Perfetta la descrizione, Perfetta la casa e la pulizia, Perfetta l'host in quanto celere e professionale ma senza perdere trasparenza e spirito amichevole Perfetto il riscaldamento... Se dovessi continuare non mi basterebbe lo spazio per elencare tutti gli aspetti positivi, semplicemente provare per credere e vedere che trovare alloggi e host così fantastici è ancora possibile.

Un fantastico rapporto qualità/prezzo e una delle migliori host con cui ho avuto a che fare. Quella che viene definita una stanza è di fatto un vero e proprio appartamento, molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Strasuperconsigliato.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's place. She was so kind, always quick to respond, gave great recommendations on local cuisine and flexible. The home is located very close to a small beach area and right over the bridge are a wonderful selection of amazing restaurants and cafés. Would definitely recommend! Even without the full kitchen, the place was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with our toddler and Alessandra was also happy to accomodate our needs (baby bed, bathtub and high chair). The air conditioning is amazing for those hot summer days and the outdoor patio was wonderful, especially with the plants! Please note that the outdoor area is shared with the host as well as another airbnb listing from the host right next door. The other couple was very friendly though and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!!

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Hat viele Stufen und der Aufgang ist eng, das muss man bedenken! Der Ort Lesa ist sehr gut zum entspannen. Zum schwimmen und SUP fahren perfekt! Viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe oder auch Umgebung! Wer shoppen möchte und Trubel haben will muss nach Stresa oder Arona gehen/wobei uns Arona mehr gefallen hat! Wir haben immer unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten somit viel erkunden! Sauberstes und bestausgestattetes Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Barbara ist sehr herzlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, die Wohnung mit allem auszustatten, was man auch für lange Aufenthalte braucht: in der Küche große Auswahl an Töpfen, Pfannen, scharfen Messern, Weingläsern und sogar einer automatisierten Orangenpresse plus Spülmaschine; im Bad viele Handtuchaufhänger, Ablageflächen und Waschmaschine; im Schlafzimmer Möglichkeiten zum Ablegen von Schmuck. Überall praktisch platzierte Steckdosen und viele Lampen. Barbara ist äußerst freundlich, hat stets schnell und ausführlich auf Fragen reagiert und Tipps zum Schwimmen und für Restaurants gegeben. Auch der Balkon und die Aussicht sehen genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen die Wohnung sehr.

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo in piscina e sono stati 3 giorni all'insegna del relax. Abbiamo usufruito anche dell'idromassaggio. Teresa è super reattiva e proattiva. Ci ha permesso un checkin e un checkout in piena autonomia e con orari super flessibili.

Tolle Wohnung. Ricardo war bei allen aufkommenden Fragen schnell erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Siamo stati a Novara per il congresso dei testimoni di Geova…la cordialità e simpatia del proprietario nonché lo splendido appartamento pulitissimo e fornito di ogni cosa ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole e sereno…grazie di cuore…

Betty è un'ottima padrona di casa: gentile e disponibile, propone un appartamento pulito e curato, vicinissimo al Castello di Issogne. Il plus è dato dal terrazzino attrezzato con trampolino elastico e altri giochi: perfetto per chi viaggia con un bambino.

Notre séjour a été très agréable. Le jardin est très beau avec une vue magnifique. Le lieu est très apaisant. Francesca et son mari sont charmants et de bon conseil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir nous ressourcer dans le coin.
