Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

Lontani dalla folla, a 600m di altitudine, ma vicini alle spiagge (solo 9km), Tremosine sul Garda regala panorami mozzafiato, una cultura contadina e tanto sano sport. I grandi spazi aperti garantiscono un clima fresco anche d’estate, poiché la valle è straordinariamente ventilata.

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.

Buondormire cozy little nest in Bardolino

Our house is a cozy nest 15 minutes walking from Bardolino city center and it is surrounded by vines and olive trees. Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station. House overlook directly on the outside patio and garden.

L’appartamento è open space ed è stato completamente rinnovato ed è dotato di balcone. Stazioni dei treni nelle vicinanze: Iseo 4km, Borgonato 2km, Provaglio d’Iseo 3km (linea Edolo-Brescia). È nel cuore della Franciacorta, potrete quindi visitare a pochi km dall’appartamento le migliori cantine e si trova a pochi km da Iseo e dal lago. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa, wifi disponibile.
