Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Our stay was truly something else and has definitely raised the bar for an Airbnb stay. The property was maintained in pristine condition, from the garden to the impeccable level of cleanliness that exceeded our expectations. The home’s appearance SURPASSED the already appealing photographs, a very inviting space. We were particularly delighted by the inclusion of a dryer, the thoughtful provision of beach essentials, and a TV in each room. The nearby town offered a great town square, featuring an array of excellent dining options, alongside a lively nighttime atmosphere (kid friendly). This property is highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Die Villa La Caletta ist eine super schöne Unterkunft, mit großzügigen Zimmern und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die weitläufige Außenanlage lädt an mehreren Plätzen zum sonnen und Sterne schauen ein. Auch ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Alberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, der stets erreichbar ist und auf die Wünsche seiner Kunden eingeht. Unser Fazit wir werden wieder kommen

Francesca a été réactive et nous a donné des instructions claires pour prendre possession des lieux et même une entrée anticipée. La situation de l'appartement à deux pas de la plage de Poetto est parfaite, et la grande terrasse est un réel atout.

Un très bel endroit pour passer du temps en famille. Le vent de la mer et la vue de la mer rendaient les journées agréables.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation erfolgte überwiegend über den Sohn der Gastgeberin, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und sauber, und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Für den Gastgeber war es okay, dass uns auch mal Freunde am Pool besucht haben. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Unser unkastrierter Rüde und die freilaufende Hündin auf dem Grundstück ließen sich nur schwer voneinander trennen, was zu etwas Aufwand geführt hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. Lovely people and stunning place. Peaceful place to recharge from daily hustle. Can recommend to have some Italian plate of local cheese, ham and olives with red wine during sunset time - it was amazing. Refreshing at local sight la grotta in walking distance was exceptional as well. Come here! The Host Carola was also very flexible and always there for us. Great contact!

Wir (junge Familie mit kleinem Kind) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders bequem ist der gepflegte Garten mit Gartenschlauch. Zum Meer sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, der Strand ist herrlich und nicht überlaufen. Leider war der nahegelegene Supermarkt noch geschlossen, aber in Pula ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort findet man alles, was man braucht – auch nette Restaurants und Abendprogramm. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Tita Villa is a beautiful and very well-equipped house located in the prestigious Is Morus compound – a peaceful and secure area, perfect for relaxed walks among pine trees and holiday homes. While the compound has its own beach access, we personally preferred the nearby beach at Santa Margherita di Pula – absolutely stunning! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Communication with Lorenzo was super easy and quick, and self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. He’s been an excellent and very kind host throughout our stay. We can 100% recommend Tita Villa and would love to come back in the future!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. My stay at Milena’s Villa was absolutely perfect! The villa itself was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing and luxurious retreat. What truly sets this place apart is the serenity of the surroundings—it’s tucked away in a peaceful area, making it ideal for unwinding. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the terrace. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee while gazing at the stunning landscape, a perfect way to start the day. Milena, the owner, was such a delight! She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. Her warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I can’t recommend this villa enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Leuk huisje met alle benodigdheden, traditioneel maar met genoeg luxe. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd ook al kwamen we laat aan, en kregen veel uitleg over huis en omgeving. De rest van de week waren de eigenaars er niet, maar anders woont madre in het souterrain, en ze heeft haar eigen tuin. Vooral de grote tuin met bloemen en veel plaatsen om te zitten vonden we prachtig. Er liepen vaak lieve katten rond, heel gezellig. Het was er ongelooflijk stil ‘s nachts. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen om de vele strandjes te ontdekken, heel handig. Op veel plekken waren al strandtentjes open, ook al was het nog voorseizoen. Een wat grotere supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden. De wandeling langs de kust over de oude Romeinse weg is een aanrader.

Grossartig! Michaela ist eine grandiose Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und hat uns viele tolle Restaurants empfohlen und reserviert. Super Service! Ihre Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell, die Kommunikation war also top. Das Haus ist sehr schön, grosszügig, gut und stilvoll ausgestattet, extrem sauber und der Garten gross und gepflegt. Es hat immer einen gemütlichen Schattenplatz, auch wenn es heiss draussen ist. Auch mit unserer 2-jährigen Tochter war das Haus ideal. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, dort hat es einen Schirm und Liegestühle zum benutzen. Der Strand und das Wasser sind sehr schön und es hat wenige Menschen, was ein weiterer Vorteil ist. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Danke Michaela für diesen schönen Ort 🙏🥰

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

Séjour excellent; l'endroit est fabuleux avec cet accès direct à la mer et les rochers qui font qu'il n'y avait personne alors que les plages alentours étaient très peuplées. La terrasse est extra et l'appartement très équipé avec tous les appareils ménagers et beaucoup de détails et d'attentions et tous les produits basiques sont là. Les kayaks et autres masques, palmes, jeux de plages; transats etc ont été très appréciés ausi! Orazio a été extrèmement sympathique déjà bien avant notre arrivée et a meme accepté de recevoir pour nous des gros colis arrivés une semaine avant notre séjour. Il nous a aussi aussi donné des recommandations de lieux à visiter ou d'évènements. Bref c'était parfait et nous espérons revenir un jour.
