Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Cremona

Perfect stay! Riccardo's apartment is impeccable: clean, well maintained and located in a residence directly in front of the lake. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, complete with mocha with powdered coffee and a waffle machine, a much appreciated detail. Riccardo is an exceptional host: he welcomed us with great availability, giving us very useful tips on the attractions of the area. In addition, he graciously offered to take us from the station to the apartment and vice versa, making our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Valerio and Matteo are wonderful friendly hosts who ensure you are comfortable and feel right at home. Their place is right in the heat of Desenzano conveniently near ferries, the lake and good restaurants and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would certainly like to stay there again.

We spent 7 days at Anna’s beautiful apartment. Aside from the great price and the amazing views from the ground level patio and rooftop terrace, Anna was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and providing tips for enjoyable activities to make the best of our time in Desenzano. The town is charming, with fantastic restaurants, and is a great place to use as a base for exploring nearby Sirmione, Salò and vineyards. We also did an easy day trip to Venice by train. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and host. Very highly recommended!

The house is very cozy, William is very helpful with useful tips, we stayed a weekend and I must say that it was very relaxing, for those who go without the car it is also easy to reach from the station by taking a bus and the house is close to the stop, we also used the pool which was a pleasant touch. We'll definitely be back!

Roberta is an incredibly nice host, with whom you can communicate very well and she is very helpful. In the accommodation, one feels at home. It is spacious, well-equipped and clean, and in a great location. Roberta even has boards with all the important information and tips for food, trips, etc. We liked it there.

We had a fantastic stay at Silvia’s place! She gave us lots and lots of great recommendations for things to do around Garda and the place was very clean and well equipped. The apartment was lovely and she was very responsive to any queries. The location was good as it was close to the lake, but the closest ferry port is a half hour walk and taxis were expensive. The pool was unfortunately closed when we visited. Overall, Silvia made a fantastic host and did all she could to give us a pleasant stay!

We highly recommend you stay here! Marco and Barbara were incredibly helpful, and even let us store our bags there before check in. Marco provided a 10 minute overview of things to do and even circled items on a map. We loved Locando and Vivaldi and would come back again in a heartbeat!!!

The place was great especially if you want to swim in lovely pools without you have to fight for deck chairs and sleep with half of Denmark, we really need all 3 pools, something for all ages. You live in a nice apartment with good sleeping conditions, a large cozy terrace and own washing machine, nice we could sleep in separate rooms. The kitchen was a little lacking and especially missed a few wine glasses, now that you were in Italy 😂 The host was quick to respond and very helpful, all in all only great recommendation from here. note that there is no air conditioning so it is a bit warm in the apartment. At least we'd love to come again 🌞

The place was very good and clean. In addition, communication with Anna and other tenants was very smooth. Our requests were also responded to quickly. For example, we received a toaster and a baby high chair very quickly upon request. The property was also close to the beach, in a good location and in a quiet area. The only downside was that the downstairs resident set his alarm clock a few mornings so that it could be heard in our apartment, waking some of us. We also ran out of hot water once during our stay. After a few hours of waiting, however, hot water was available again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paolo Andrea's apartment. The villa is in a quiet location, clean and equipped with everything you could need. Paolo was extremely helpful, providing us with valuable tips about local shops and attractions. Thanks to his recommendations, our stay was even better. Communication was smooth and quick. We would highly recommend this accommodation!

As a family of 5, we are all really glad we chose Veronica’s apartment. It was really clean and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described on Airbnb. Check in and check out was a breeze with Giovanni meeting us on arrival and waving us off on departure. Perfect if you have a car, although the buses stop immediately outside the complex, so no car wouldn’t be a problem. As a host Veronica was very helpful and proactive/reactive before, during and after our stay. If we return to Lake Garda, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Many thanks Veronica & Giovanni

Massimo and Simone were both super helpful and great to communicate with. Massimo lives in the other unit within the property and would occasionally walk by and check on us. He even proactively suggested and coordinated for us the rental of a boat from the Padenghe Harbor for a half-day excursion of the lake which ended up being the highlight of the trip. Location and view are stunning with plenty of space for dining outside on the beautiful terrace or on the patio where we had a great BBQ. The way it’s setup with 2 independent kitchens on the 2 levels makes it ideal for a multifamily trip as well. 100% would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Luisa’s place. The apartment is confortable, with a nice outdoor seating/ eating area, great for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small kids). It is conveniently located at a walking distance from the Lake, and also from the centre of Padenghe with bakeries and restaurants at only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The host gave us plenty of recommendations and was very responsive. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend it to others. Thank you!

We would highly recommend it! Great friendliness and kindness from Lino who took great care of us. His little dog Penny was very welcoming and affectionate. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, the high quality linens and bath towels, the provision of pool towels as well as the large covered parking. We were able to relax by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda. Ideally located, very close to the boat boarding dock to visit Sirmione in particular. We also recommend the Garda café for breakfast and the Mirabelle sushi restaurant with its roof top located a stone's throw away.

Barbora is wonderful! The apartment is PERFECT! We fell in love with Desenzano because of the apartment! The bikes were very fun to ride by the lake. We had the best family vacations!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s located in a peaceful, gated community, which made me feel safe and at ease throughout my visit. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. An extra bedroom/study for the kid to sleep in. Swimming pools, which were open on the weekends(off season) was a great way to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The host is a truly lovely lady—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always just a message away. Her kindness really added a personal touch to the stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future! Perfect place for our base for visiting all places in south of the Gatda lake. Big private parking space in basement.

We loved staying at this place! It was all as described, just a quick 5min walk to the beach and 10-15min to the city center! Couldn’t ask for more!

Second stay at Casa Carolina. Always the same pleasure of finding this cozy, bright house and its perfect garden for aperitivo. The location is ideal: quiet place, but close to the lake, a department store, downtown, ... We appreciate personal contact with Flavio.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is lovingly furnished and had everything we needed for a nice vacation. Rosaria is a very friendly and helpful hostess.
