Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Cremona

Fantastic little ground floor property, very clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The pool was very clean and quiet although it is up 2 flights of stairs behind from the flat, so make sure you bring everything you need as it's not easy to go back to your room for the toilet or a drink etc You are 10 feet away from a main road so sitting out the front was very noisy, but this was the only negative as the children did not enjoy sitting out there with the fast cars and dust. Mauro (owner) was very welcoming on arrival. William (agent) was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would recommend for young couples but maybe not with young children. The staircase down to the basement is also extremely narrow and the steps steep, something we did not like using with the children so make sure you unpack your luggage from the front of the property and not up the stairs like we did, not suitable for an older couple who may not be as agile to get up and down. Would return.

If you want to spend an undisturbed and relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, Betty and Beppe are the right place for you. The two are very pleasant hosts, not intrusive, but immediately there when you need help and very eager that nothing is missing. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space and storage. It is equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. The terrace is completely covered, so we could always sit there in pleasant temperatures. We also used the pool a lot, it is not very large, but perfect for a quick refreshment. A supermarket is only 4 minutes away, Lake Garda around 20 minutes. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back.

This place is great! The entire community around it is well thought. There are multiple apartments all over the place and multiple pools available including a kids pool. There is a locked gate, so it's safe. There are underground garages, so you can park your car and lock the door. This was our second stay in this community and we really like it. The location is perfect to reach a lot of different places like highways, but also beautiful villages/towns around the lake. You'll be there in 10-30 minutes. There are grocery stores within a 5 minute drive as well. The apartment has everything you need. It was clean, has a bunch of supplies, a great A/C and has a wonderful garden with direct access to the pool. There is also a football table to play with! The host was very friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had very fast. Checkin and checkout went smoothly without any issues. Definitely recommended, you won't be disappointed!

The accommodation was a great location from the centre of Desenzano. We were easily able to walk to the flat from the train station on arrival and then to and from the lake throughout our trip. The host was kind and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable for a couple of nights stay :)

Super nice host and cozy place to be in the heart of Cremona

The place is in a convenient location to the train station. It is beautifully present and clean. It has a great balcony with a view of the lake.

The hostess Ersilia is very nice and immediately gave us tips for good restaurants. The accommodation was very clean and we felt right at home.

Great accommodation, Nicola welcomed me. The fact that a dedicated parking space is available nearby is very easy and reassuring.

a lovely house with lots of peace, a nice swimming pool and at the same time close to Lake Garda and the hustle and bustle of Desenzano.

Elena and Massimiliano are very kind and nice. We organized a party with 30 people and they were really helpful and responsive. The space is very beautiful and bucolic, it lends itself well. We also took advantage of the food truck, which was really good and had excellent service.

Fantastic stay, we stayed 2 days to go running at the Cremona circuit, nearby, quiet, clean, everything you need to rest after a day on the track. Super recommended

We had a very pleasant stay at Paolo Andrea's apartment. The villa is in a quiet location, clean and equipped with everything you could need. Paolo was extremely helpful, providing us with valuable tips about local shops and attractions. Thanks to his recommendations, our stay was even better. Communication was smooth and quick. As a family of 5, we are all really glad we chose Veronica’s apartment. It was really clean and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described on Airbnb. Check in and check out was a breeze with Giovanni meeting us on arrival and waving us off on departure. Perfect if you have a car, although the buses stop immediately outside the complex, so no car wouldn’t be a problem. As a host Veronica was very helpful and proactive/reactive before, during and after our stay. If we return to Lake Garda, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Many thanks Veronica & Giovanni

Nice location near lake Garda, just few kms away from the expressway. Apartment equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Must stay.

We stayed at Metteo's place for a few days. This was very lovingly furnished and also very clean. We felt very comfortable and were able to reach a lot on foot due to the location close to the city. Not far from the accommodation is the old town with everything you need. Communication with Matteo was always polite and the accommodation was worth the money. Desenzano is a very nice small town with wonderful bars and restaurants. The ferries take you across the water to all the other important places around Lake Garda. We would choose this place again.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

Second stay at Casa Carolina. Always the same pleasure of finding this cozy, bright house and its perfect garden for aperitivo. The location is ideal: quiet place, but close to the lake, a department store, downtown, ... We appreciate personal contact with Flavio.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.
