Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Fermo

Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

The place is wonderful. Old charming place renovated with taste. Super comfortable and well located. We will come back with pleasure!

Sehr schöne ländliche Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu dem nächsten Sandstrand. Gute Restaurants jedoch nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Casa molto accogliente in mezzo al silenzio e alla natura, tenuta con cura e curata nei dettagli.Ideale per chi ama stare in tranquillità e fuori dal caos.Host non incontrata ma tempestiva e gentile nella comunicazione. Consigliata.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Ho passato la mia festa dei 50 anni proprio come la volevo, con i miei cari in un posto tranquillo, immerso nel verde, con lo spazio per il mio cagnolino! Ambiente familiare con tutti i confort

Ein stets erreichbarer freundlicher und hilfsreicher Patrick. Er bemüht sich den Gästen ALLES zu bieten und es war mehr als das. Ich wünschte mir es wären Alle so wie Patrick!!!!! Traumhaftes Landhaus mit viel Platz und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig - einfach nur toll. Jeden Tag konnten wir etwas Neues erkunden und anschliesend den Pool zur Abkühlung benutzen. Ich kann nur noch sagen DANKE für ALLES - wir haben unsere Ferien genossen

Il nostro soggiorno è stato esattamente ciò che cercavamo: una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura. L'alloggio, immerso nel verde, è stato perfetto per noi e per la nostra cagnolina, che ha apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo amato in particolare la piccola loggia, ideale per colazioni tranquille e serate rilassanti, godendoci l'atmosfera serena e la vista. Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati degli host eccezionali, estremamente accoglienti e disponibili fin dal primo contatto. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e la comunicazione è stata sempre impeccabile. L'alloggio era pulito, piccolo ma confortevole e rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione, fornendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, con la possibilità di fare passeggiate e immergersi completamente nella bellezza del paesaggio marchigiano.

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

Cristina e la sua famiglia son stati molto accoglienti e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sereni e coccolati. La loro villa è stupenda. Host consigliato !

I will be very subjective here because we all have loved this place from the first day. We were rather realistic with expectations, it's an old house but renovated and adapted to modern needs so if you are picky you can always find something but in this rage of expectations we had, we were more than satisfied. 10 persons (5 adults and 5 kids) for a week in this place felt really comfortable, this house has lot's of space, kitchen is well equipped, living room is nicely decorated, sleeping rooms with comfortable beds. You feel that the owner put a lot of effort to make it pleasant to live. Everything what you need is there as well (grill, pizza oven, hammock, ping pong table etc). Swimming pools is clean and quite deep (kids were there all the time). Beside there are many nice places to visit around, starting from all small villages (you can feel typical Italian lifestyle there) to other bigger cities like Ascoli Piceno. Lovely neighbors. We got more than we expected.

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

Wir inkl. Kinder haben das Haus und die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen! Es ist auch wunderbar im Herbst: Ruhig / wenige Gäste, der Pool war trotzdem benutzbar, das charmante Dorf Torre di Palme ist für ein Nachtessen gut erreichbar und die Pilzsuche in der Foresta Umbra sehr empfehlenswert. Для нашего отдыха с двумя детьми прекрасно подходящая квартира. Чистая и уютная. Недалеко проходит железная дорога, но звукоизоляция в квартире прекрасная. Нам этот шум не мешал. Очень приятно было почувствовать заботу хозяев: бутылка воды в холодильнике, гель душ и мыло в ванной комнате, красиво уложенные полотенца, фасованная соль, перец, сахар, оливковое масло. Все, что могло понадобиться во время отдыха, если сам что то забыл) Расположение замечательное. Мы очень благодарны.

La tranquillità del posto, il verde, gli alberi tutt' intorno il piccolo orto di piante aromatiche davanti alla casetta, la caratterizzano. Giusy host presente per informazioni , consigli sulla zona, e altro Molto attenta all' ambiente, ha messo a disposizione degli ospiti, vari contenitori, affinché venga fatta la raccolta differenziata vetro, carta, plastica e indifferenziato. Noi stiamo facendo un viaggio di piacere , devo dire che fino ad ora è L' UNICA HOST Che sta facendo questa cosa. Noi l'abbiamo apprezzata Molto! Ottimo Giusy Consiglio la tua casetta

we have ha a great stay. unfortunately there were works going on at the house next door. due a miscommunication the gardener did pop up to do the grass 3 hours of noice. for the rest location is superb. people in Pontano are really friendly.

A totally magical experience! Beautiful apartment in the heart of a beautiful old town. Near to everything. Beautifully arranged with all you need for a perfect stay in Fermo. Valentina is very nice and helpful, the communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Thank you Marina and Samuele, our stay was very beautiful, the appartment has a lot of space, and the town was very lively, a lot of events going on on the main piazza, which is about 7min by foot. Marina and Samuele were very helpful. The house is amazing for a big group of friends and has everything you need!

La maison de Cassandra est très calme et bénéficie d'une magnifique vue. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments. Cassandra est très gentille et ils sont même venus nous chercher en voiture à la gare. La maison est un peu en dehors du village de Fermo. Il y a un bus par heure pour se rendre à Fermo, mais seulement en journée et pas le dimanche.
