The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

La Casa delle Rondini is an accommodation located in the historic center of Fermo, close to the square, main museums and services. A few minutes' walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 both to the south (8 km) and to the north (15 km). A few meters away there is a parking lot with a time disc, and just a little further away there is a 24-hour free maxi-parking lot.

Apartment Casa Cerqua of 100 sq. meters finely furnished, we recovered all the old materials of the house in the recent renovation adapting the old farmhouse to the latest earthquake regulations. The decor is a good mix of modern and old, elegant but functional. Outside there is a large private area available to guests, with a shaded dining area and private barbecue. A 12x4.5 swimming pool with a shaded porch is available to guests.
