La Casa con vista mare è situata al centro della città’, è a 10 minuti dalla piazza principale dove ci sono i luoghi cultura come la biblioteca, pinacoteca e i musei che la città offre, oltre ai luoghi di aggregazione e svago. In appena 10 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere: il teatro, la cattedrale, bar, pizzerie, gelaterie, ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere.
