Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto perfettamente pulito ed in ordine. Ottima location a pochi passi dal centro. Aldino si è dimostrato un eccellente host, cordiale e sempre disponibile per soddisfare ogni richiesta. Sicuramente consigliato.

We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

La casa molto bella e comoda, bravi bravi speriamo di rivederci presto

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und befindet sich mitten in der Natur. Auch die Gegend ist wunderschön und bietet Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in die Berge, an Wasserfälle und Strände. Daher ist der Ort perfekt, um sich zu entspannen. Marcus und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Ferienwohnung und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Arben si è dimostrato subito reattivo e preciso nel rispondere ad ogni domanda. Al momento del check-in, ha portato immediatamente bevande fresche, ci ha dato informazioni su come muoverci nella zona. Ma cosa molto più importante si è dimostrato molto gentile e comprensivo in un momento molto delicato per la mia famiglia. L'appartamento era molto pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che serve e corrispondeva alla descrizione in tutti gli aspetti.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. l'appartamento di Armando è stato appena ristrutturato con gusto e senso pratico, è molto ben accessoriato e si trova in zona centrale, molto comodo per la spiaggia e per la stazione

La casa di Rossana è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura più bella. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie e l'ampissima zona giorno open space ci ha consentito di trascorrere piacevolmente le giornate tutti insieme mentre le 4 camere da letto complete di bagno in camera ci hanno permesso di avere la giusta privacy quando necessario. La casa è nuovissima, moderna nella costruzione e nell'arredamento, luminosa e pulitissima. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani e anche cucina e sala da pranzo sono complete di tutto il necessario. La zona è appartata e tranquilla, abbiamo letteralmente adorato il paesaggio circostante. La proprietaria non era presente durante il nostro soggiorno ma Emanuela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e non ha mancato di farci avere consigli e raccomandazioni sulla zona. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

Wir waren das erste Mal in den Marken und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Als wir ankamen (wir durften sogar 1-2 Stunden früher anreisen) hat Bianca uns herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns das Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Das Haus und auch das Grundstück sind ein ganz besonderer Ort! Im Haus war alles super sauber! Alles ist neu renoviert, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Vom Garten aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Landschaft der Marken. Wer es touristisch mag ist hier falsch. Bianca hatte zur Ankunft Kuchen und Kekse für uns bereit gestellt und wir hatten unseren kompletten Aufenthalt freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakt mit ihr. Leider brauchten wir für unseren Sohn während des Aufenthalts medizinische Versorgung. Auch da stand Bianca mit Rat zur Seite. Wir hatten Liegen an einem Strand reserviert und durch ihre Empfehlung eine Ölmühle und ein Weingut besucht. Alles war ganz wunderbar und wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für diese Zeit

We have had the most wonderful holiday with the nicest of hosts. A big garden with stunning views from the top. Huge and airy accommodation. Incredibly comfortable beds. Amazing location for all the activities in the national park with nothing more than an hour’s drive away and plenty just 20 minutes. Ascoli is a gorgeous town and don’t miss all the wild flowers particularly on the piano grande and also the cascata at Madonna dell’ ambro. Plus swimming in lago di gerosa. The small ‘white roads’ or lanes which are graded gravel tracks will take you to places you never thought you’d get to. Go slow and explore! Once again huge gratitude to our hosts for their lovely house and delightful company. Stay here. We loved I! Oh and the excellent bbq. …

Leonardo persona molto cordiale,raggiungibile sia di persona che al telefono,reattivo, ti accoglie e da consigli utili sia per orientarsi che per visitare la località e i dintorni .Generoso nel far conoscere specialità gastronomiche del posto,nel condividerle. Appartamento rispondente alla descrizione, pulito,cucina funzionale ,completa di accessori non cumuni,tostapane,frullatore,cappucinatore,estrattore,etc.A/C in tutte le stanze,regolabile separamente, come anche TV.Molto pratiche lavatrice e asciugatrice,meno bagagli al seguito.Posizone comoda,principali negozi /bar e acceso spiaggia entro 10 min a piedi, centro 20 min.Utilissime le biciclette da usare,comode non solo nelle ampie ciclabili lungomare ,parcheggio libero,facile da trovare sia sulla statale a due passi letteralmente, che nei viali alberati vicini. Diversi borghi caratteristici e suggestivi a pochi km,eventi / manifestazioni / musica / sagre territoriali ben organizzate. Ottima esperienza,da ripetere.Grazie Leonardo.

Secondo anno che soggiorniamo da Giuseppe. Quest’anno avevamo anche il nostro bambino appena nato, e devo dire che l’appartamento ben accessoriato e la vicinanza alla spiaggia sono stati provvidenziali per una vacanza in totale relax! Consigliamo il residence e non mancheremo di tornarci!

Eravamo in quattro coppie . Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno. La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno , dove si può anche mangiare. La vista è spettacolare. Unica cosa negativa è che l’annuncio non era molto chiaro nel dire che il bagno della camera superiore, non è dotato di doccia

Amazing location (especially during Ferragosto), prompt responsive host, clean and nice amenities. During the intense heat of August the air conditioning could have been better (low power for the job it is doing), but that is just a heads-up, not a complaint. The place was excellent.

Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno in questo appartamentino che ha tutto quello che serve e si trova in a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. Molto silenzioso durante la notte con pochissimo traffico. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Casa curata nei dettagli, mobilio nuovo, dotata di ogni confort: davvero impeccabile. Terrazzino ampio e godibile: abbiamo pranzato e cenato sempre all'aperto! Il mare si raggiunge in circa 7-8 minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze supermercati, panetterie, Poste. Proprietario gentile e discreto. Siamo stati molto bene

Cosa posso dire: Io alloggiavo nell' appartamento Rubino di dimensioni perfette per 2 persone molto curato nei particolari molto bello, c'è tutto quello che serve, Virginia la figlia di Giuseppe sempre molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Grazie Claudio

L'appartamento è molto curato nei particolari ed arredato molto bene con mobili di qualità. L'host è gentile e premuroso, ti accoglie di persona. La casa presenta tutti i comfort come il wi-fi lavatrice asciugatrice lavastoviglie condizionatori nelle camere ecc. e sono presenti gli essenziali e generi di prima accoglienza. La posizione della casa è strepitosa proprio di fronte al lungomare. Completa la dotazione un ampio box sotto casa . Raramente ho trovato tutta questa dotazione . Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo . Consigliato
