The property was originally an old country house that has been completely restored respecting the original features and materials. Located a few steps from the centre of the village, retains the atmosphere of a country house surrounded by greenery and quiet of the hill. The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the hinterland, in the past the land of the Malatesta, full of villages, for those who want to reach the golf clubs of the Adriatic coast or for those who want to challenge themselves in different cycling routes without forgetting "the wine and food" routes of our land. The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning, guests can take advantage of free wifi, rooms, individually decorated, have bathroom, television and air conditioned. Guests can enjoy a large garden, in which in summer you can have breakfast, with views of the surrounding hills and the sea. In the village there are several restaurants and pizzerias. At 20 meters from 'accommodation there is the theater Petrella, a little gem, which hosts national premieres. The sea is just a few kilometers from us!

Close to Milano Marittima and Cervia great for trips to the nearby San Marino Ferrara and Ravenna. If you arrive by train will come and get free (the station in Lido di Savio is one kilometer). The bathroom of this room is shared with another double room. A separate shower room from the bathroom on the corridor allows guests a better service.

To rent the full apartment please refer to the listings called "B&B with pool (full apartment)” The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable. The ancient stone walls make it cool in the summer and warm in winter. It has two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom – one of which has a jacuzzi and is also equipped for the disabled. The living/dining room has a fully-equipped kitchen corner if you wish to cook for yourself, or if you have special dietary needs. Each room has air conditioning, and – in addition to the central heating - each room has its own heat regulator, hairdryer and free wi-fi. In each room it is possible to add a single bed or a child’s cot.

Le nostre colline sono meta gradita dagli amanti della bicicletta perchè offrono percorsi adatti a tutte le esigenze. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicina a ristoranti tipici e al centro di Cesena che merita visite culturali ed enogastronomiche. Dal giardino si ammirano stupendi tramonti.

Dispone di letto matrimoniale, letto a una piazza e 1/2, aria condizionata, tavolo, frigorifero, microonde, bollitore. Non ha cucina e non ha balcone. Fornisco io : lenzuola, asciugamani, shampoo e prodotti per la prima colazione. La cucina non è disponibile. È richiesto all'arrivo un contributo pulizie da 15,00 euro a 35,00 euro in base alla durata del soggiorno.
