Barbara is kind and helpful...she made sure the house was clean and had everything she promised. Excellent location and also the indoor parking, although there is free parking in the street. Fido beach nearby.

We stayed with our children in Maila apartment for weekends. The apartment is very authentic in a very beautiful and quiet location, right on the beach. Maila and her mom are very welcoming. We had all our questions answered, checked in easily and had a pleasant stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. There were sweets and cookies waiting for the kids, and Maila left groceries for us to make dinner. This was kind and very helpful because the stores were not open the day we arrived. Mila, thank you for your hospitality! We recommend this place

The apartment is very quiet which is very pleasant. The neighbors are hardly seen and if so, they were all friendly. There are very good shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, butcher, etc. on site with Italian delicacies 🙂 Grado is just 20 km away, which is absolutely worthwhile for eating and strolling, etc. In 15 minutes you are at a beautiful beach, which is also very suitable for children. The only drawback of the apartment is that it is very warm on hot days, as there is no air conditioning. Alessandra has always been friendly, helpful and responds in no time.

The place was beautiful, clean and spacious, suitable for family with children. Sara took great care of us, prepared the place, and communicated with us promptly. She made us feel right at home. There are wonderful places to visit nearby. We enjoyed it very much.

The communication in advance was super easy and fast. Barbara has given us exact directions, as Navi's supposedly can't find it well. We were able to park the car in the associated parking garage. Barbara then showed us everything, and made us feel very welcome. The best thing was that she put a cake and cupcakes and snacks in the apartment for us, even though we only stayed one night. You almost thought you had booked breakfast. The cliffs and the cliff coast path are super fast and easy to reach on foot, as well as the castle and the harbor can be reached on foot. We were able to leave our car parked after check-out because we left later. So absolutely recommended!

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and fulfills all wishes for a cozy stay. The quiet location and the beautiful garden are relaxing. Good starting point for excursions.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Great apartment a little outside but with the bikes everything easily and quickly accessible. Super equipped, hassle-free check-in and check-out. Erica is very friendly and always quickly accessible. We felt very comfortable.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything is very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach place, umbrella and 2 sunbeds, included in the apartment fee, is very appreciable. The balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, who was very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we will gladly return.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

We had a great week in Saverio's apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet, not far from the sea (15 minutes at a slow pace). At our disposal there was a fenced parking space, the 3 pools (one for children), the playground always in the shade and the bicycles. At a distance of 150 meters there is a supermarket where you can shop. On the large balcony there is a February and the table where you can dine in the cool. Highly recommended!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
