Appartement idéalement placé à côté de tous les commerces, de la gare et des cinq terres. Mirco est super sympa il sera toujours disponible pour vous et l appartement est idéal pour un couple il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Petit plus pour la petite cour intérieur au calme. À recommander sans hésiter.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati felicissimi di soggiornare nella casa di Massimo! La casa è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con grande gusto. Si respira un’atmosfera di tranquillità e positività, perfetta per rilassarsi. Massimo è un host eccezionale: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto attento. È stato un vero piacere conoscerlo e sentirsi così ben accolti. Grazie di cuore per questa meravigliosa esperienza — non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans le logement de Roberta. Un logement bien placé à seulement 5 min de l'accès au bus pour aller à Portovenere. Roberta est une personne charmante, très attentionnée et super réactive. Nous avons fait une belle rencontre. Merci Roberta.

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Per Bus ist man auch in 20 min in der Innenstadt/Bahnhof von La Spezia, die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus und Anna hat uns 2 Fahrkarten geschenkt. Anna war super hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns außerdem gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Beim Check-In und Check-Out haben sie unser Gepäck zum Auto transportiert, sodass wir nichts tragen mussten. Auto steht auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt, hier hat Anna uns vor der Ankunft extra einen Parkplatz reserviert. Bei Ankunft stand ein Verpflegungskorb mit Gebäck und Honig und Kaffee bereit. Da Anna kein deutsch oder englisch spricht haben wir uns über Übersetzer-Apps unterhalten, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines gemütliches Häuschen, welches sich auf einem großen Grundstück befindet auf dem Olivenbäume und Kräuter wachsen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man wohnt dort sehr privat, d.h. die Terrasse davor ist durch Sträucher und Bäume sehr geschützt, man hat jedoch einen wundervollen freien Blick aufs Meer und auf Portovenere. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich hervorragend entspannen. Wir freuen uns sehr Agnes kennengelernt zu haben. Sie ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, welche immer erreichbar war und uns mit Ideen und Informationen unterstützt hat. Besser geht das nicht - vielen Dank Agnes !!! Zusammengefasst war es ein super Aufenthalt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Il posto merita veramente tanto, immerso nella natura e tranquillo. Molto pulito la cena e la colazione valgono il viaggio. Das Haus hat mehrere Terrassen mit sensationellem Blick, neu gebaut und schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und das Haus ist beheizbar.

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Un oasis de paix dans les hauteurs de La Spezia, à seulement 10 minutes de marche de la gare et des Cinque Terre. Le garage privé a été très apprécié. Giorgia était très attentionnée et a bien répondu à toutes nos questions pour rendre votre voyage agréable

We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).

Gorgeous, gorgeous home! Wished we stayed longer to really enjoy the outdoor terrace a lot more. Extremely clean and Azzurra was a very gracious host who allowed us to drop off our suitcases when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. Phenomenal views with a gorgeous outdoor area, worth it for the walk through the village. The village itself is also one of the quieter ones out of the 5, so would recommend to stay in to get a more local feel. For those reading, don’t do what we did which was walk up the hill with our suitcases! Azzurra did mention the bus from the station before we arrived and we should have listened! I will highly recommend waiting to take it to reach the village. Will definitely come back again! Thank you Azzurra!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa in pietra, arredata con tanto amore e cura per i dettagli. L’alloggio è accogliente e ricco di fascino, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La terrazza con la vista panoramica è semplicemente stupenda, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi l’atmosfera artistica che caratterizza questo incantevole borgo. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi, accoglienti e sempre disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. Il villaggio stesso ha un’anima creativa e artistica che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale e autentico. Un posto davvero speciale che consigliamo vivamente. Torneremo volentieri!

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

El alojamiento insuperable! Desde que entramos al apartamento olía delicioso! Todo estaba súper limpio y ordenado. El apartamento extremadamente hermoso, con todo lo necesario y tal como está en la foto o mejor aún. Yuliya nos dejó de todo para hacer la estancia más cómoda, toallas limpias, sábanas, elementos de aseo, etc. el lugar está a 15 minutos a pie de la estación la spezia céntrale desde donde puedes tomar el tren a las cinque Terre. Tienes restaurantes al rededor, un carrefour a 10 minutos. Todo en general estuvo espectacular! Recomendadisimo… y la atención y recomendaciones de Yuliya excelentes! Gracias y esperamos volver.

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

L’esperienza alla Torre è stata perfetta! Lola è un’host cordiale e sempre disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. L’appartamento è impeccabile e unico e al suo interno contiene tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Si trova in una posizione fantastica a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare, sul quale si affaccia con una splendida vista. Consigliamo a chiunque questo alloggio!

Merci encore à Fulvio pour la qualité de son accueil et ses nombreux conseils concernant le quartier . L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et vraiment très bien situé. Il est à proximité de la gare , des bus , d’un supermarché et de petits restaurants locaux . Accès aux Cinque Terre très facile . Nous avons aussi visité les carrières de Carrare et Porto Venere. Séjour parfait
