Our "Borgo" (FARM HOLIDAYS VILLAGE) is a characteristic 17th century cottage all surrounded by very big private gardens with charming POOL & solarium facing on mountains. Located in the core of Abruzzo region, nestled between the high MOUNTAINS of two of the largest NATIONAL PARKS in Europe ("Majella" and "Gran Sasso"), it's only 30 minutes drive from BEACHES and important cities & services. The hosts know well and love their territory and are always available to propose tailor-made itineraries.

Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

With the wonderful view of the mountains and the high veranda between the trees, this cosy place offers you a lot of privacy and shadow. So, if you would like to spend your time in the nature, then this cottage is your place to be. The cottage offers the amenities in one space of 2 x 3 meters. There is a verranda with trees around. It feels like a tree hut in the middle of the nature. There's no electricity in the cabin, but there are solar powered lamps. The sanitary area offers electricity.

IL PAGLIAIO away from it all and just for two

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! Il Pagliaio is an old barn hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the surroundings. The inside is an open space in a simple and basic style, reflecting the rural spirit of the place.

Tiny House at Rocca di Sotto

This cabin offers a lot of privacy with a view of the high mountains of Gran Sasso and the Majella. The log cabin is next to the forrest and below a huge oak tree. It's on a small small bio campsite with 10 are of land off Rocca di Sotto. It has the measures of 5 by 2.5 meters. Gas, water and electricity are available and there is a basic kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, bed linen and towels. There is a little heater.
