The house, immersed in the historic center of the City of Amandola, totally renovated and furnished, has: 2 cozy rooms, a bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi bali Hamman with Turkish bath, a sofa bed in front of the fireplace (not usable), a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. "Il Gioiello" is equipped with a large kitchen furnished and equipped with a ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge.

It is a beautiful 19th-century house, renovated, immersed in the quiet of Frasassi Park. In the garden, it has a 12m x 6m swimming pool, 1.20m to 2.50m deep, and a jacuzzi, reserved for the villa's guests. With its 10 beds, it is suitable for groups of friends, large families or 2 families. The kitchen is very well equipped, and in the veranda there is a fireplace/barbecue and a wood-burning oven. It is 10 minutes from Frasassi Caves, 6 km from Arcevia (An), 8 km from Sassoferrato (An).

With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire!
