Lorella is an amazing host. Always friendly, responsive, helpful. Her place is outstanding, renovated to a classic glamour on the outside and incredibly modern and functional in the inside. She even took the time to bake delicious pastries and leave plenty of food for our breakfast. The sunsets are something else. If you dream of a Tuscan sunset, the terrace will give you a feast to your senses. A place that lives up to the Italian grandeur. Highly, highly recommended.

What a wonderful, peaceful place. The property has everything you need and decorated with style. Outside you are surrounded by flowers. We shall miss having our breakfast overlooking the stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and listening to all the birdsong, or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. It’s a great location for exploring most areas of the Sibillini national park or for popping into Ascoli Piceno. Dori is the perfect host: very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. She warned us of a road closure and booked us a table at the local restaurant. We aso met the owners who were delightful.

We stayed at the beginning of September and I can only reconfirm what other guests have said: Simona was always quick and effective in responding to requests and doubts when booking and her parents (who are the people who physically welcome you) are wonderful in making you feel at home immediately. The accommodation is very large, equipped with everything and very close to the sea (the beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes). We had a great time.

Eddi is a friendly host, helpful and present in interaction with his guests. The apartment has everything you need, has a well-equipped kitchen and a large table. The room has more furniture where you can arrange your clothes, including a beautiful antique closet. The bathroom is comfortable and well organized. The apartment, although in a quiet countryside area, is not isolated; this made us feel protected in an area not known to us. Highly recommended experience, for us to do again!

We had such a great stay in Nicolò’s apartment. It was our first time visiting Marche and we'll definitely be back. Recanati is a great location as a base and its a beautiful, relaxing town with delicious food and lovely views. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected, it was clearly recently renovated and everything was in pristine condition. Nicolò was extremely responsive and helpful from the time of booking until we left. His mother, who checked us in, was very friendly and made everything easy for us. Thank you Nicolò for such a wonderful stay!

Truly satisfied. The apartment was clean, tidy and tastefully furnished. Immersed in nature and the most total silence both during the day and at night. You can eat out , recommended mosquito pigs, both on the kitchen side and on the room side of course in the chirping of birds. Finally, Sara and Andrea, discretion , professionalism and a lot of kindness, with Sara who occasionally brought us the fruits of her garden. It takes more to recommend this facility. The apartment matched the photos and was very clean. Tonino welcomed us in person and was always very helpful and kind throughout our stay. From your accommodation in 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Conero. I recommend it!

Giulia welcomed us to this beautiful house on a hill, from which you can see the sea and a breathtaking landscape. The cleanliness was impeccable and the house has all the necessities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

I couldn't meet Claudia directly, but Alfredo was a great welcoming and kind host; she gave us a lot of information. The place is very comfortable and quiet, there's nothing missing. The bed is very comfortable 😬 and the kitchen functional. We had a great time and totally detached our brains from everything. Our Medea Cane also enjoyed it 👍

A very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! The location is great, and everything you need is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, restaurants, clubs and the supermarket. Very quiet area, ideal for a perfect vacation.

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and available. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

Great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful location, super private and quiet!! I would definitely stay here again and we plan to return soon.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like in the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.

We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.
