Il check in è stato semplice ed è avvenuto con key box. L' appartamento è ampio, luminoso con un balcone spazioso e accogliente. La posizione è periferica ma facilmente si raggiunge il centro con i mezzi pubblici, il bus ha la fermata davanti casa. Nella zona ci sono bar e vari locali dove poter mangiare. Lo consigliamo e noi ci torneremmo volentieri.

Mihaela è stata gentilissima, velocissima nel rispondere ai messaggi e puntualissima per il check in, l appartamento bellissimo, molto accogliente ed è proprio come se fossi stata a casa mia! Sicuramente strategico per muoversi (anche a piedi) nella zona di Verona fiera. Appartamento super pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, sicuramente tornerò al prossimo soggiorno a Verona sperando di trovarlo libero! A presto e grazie mille ancora. Miriam

The apartment was very clean and cosy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The bus stop is close to the apartment, only three stops to the train station. Also you can take the bus to reach the old town or the Funicular, which was convenient for us. It’s great that the building has private garage and an elevator which gets directly to the fourth floor. I have one word for Thomas’ apartment and it is convenience. We’d love to stay again one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at the place. Elisa greeted us for check in and explained everything for us. She showed us around and also gave local recommendations for food and shopping. Theres a shopping centre nearby and many good restaurants that can be reached by foot. All in all it was a very nice stay at a nice place. Its kind of hidden and its pretty nice and calm around.

I loved our stay here. Our host made sure that we felt very welcome. The facility was perfect for our stay in Verona. The house is very charming. The soft sound of running water is very soothing. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Lucia is very professional from check-in to check-out. Their place is clean and most of all comfy beds. She provided extra towels. The kitchen is provided with materials for cooking for long staying guest. they have also a private parking if you move by car. overall, it is a pleasant stay. i am looking fprward to come back soon. Il soggiorno al Romeo è stato davvero come essere a casa, ho trovato uno spazio pulitissimo, confortevole, con tutto il necessario e anche oltre. Ogni cosa è curata nei minimi dettagli e contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera unica!

Alloggiare a casa di Massimo è stato molto piacevole, consigliassimo!

Der Aufenthalt bei Debora war wirklich super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben – es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Besonders positiv fanden wir die ausreichenden und kostenlosen Parkplätze – das macht das Reisen mit dem Auto deutlich entspannter. Und was uns richtig begeistert hat: Debora antwortet extrem schnell! Kaum stellt man eine Frage, hat man auch schon die Antwort – sehr aufmerksam und zuverlässig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Suggeritissimo! pulitissimo..una pulizia impeccabile! l'host super disponibile, ci ha suggerito un sacco di posticini utili e buoni! Vicina alla stazione, con parcheggio, vicina al supermercato e vicina al centro..veramente il top! Consiglieremo l'appartamento anche alle nostre conoscenze e speriamo di tornare presto!

Paola è stata un host disponibile e reattiva a qualsiasi richiesta, abbiamo soggiornato per il periodo del capodanno e il borgo è come entrare in una favola, intimo, silenzioso e poco distante dai luoghi che i tendevamo visitare. appartamento come da foto nuovo e pulito! a 2 minuti dal centro commerciale e 3 dal centro! bianca risponde sempre subito inoltre e stata fantastica a farci fare il check in alle 22 passate! consigliatissimo!

Un appartamento molto spazioso e arioso, in zona tranquilla, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. Letto comodo, ampia zona per riposare e rinfrancarsi dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro. Ho qualche problemino di vista, quindi ho patito, al calare del Sole, l'illuminazione fioca e rada della sala e della cucina. Mi piace cucinare da me quando sono in trasferta di lavoro e dunque spero sempre in una cucina pronta alle miei esigenze... mi auguro che alcune migliorie che ho segnalato privatamente vengano presto messe in atto.

Freundlicher, herzlicher Empfang von Besitzerin Manuela. Schönes Haus und tolle Wohnung. Alles topp, sauber, gepflegt und grosse Wohnfläche. Sehr gute Lage. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert! Einziger Wermutstropfen, die beiden Schlafzimmer (3. OG) liegen strassenseitig. Zwar "nur" eine kleine Einbahnstrasse, aber in der Nacht doch immer wieder laute Raser, sowohl Autos wie Motorräder und Abfallentsorger. Die Wohnung ist allerdings sehr gross, schätzungsweise 100 m2 und man kann Fenster des Duschraumes / WC und der Küche gegen den Innenhof geöffnet lassen. Mückenschutz braucht es wie an vielen Orten auf der Welt 😊 . Dank Manuela und Ihrer schönen Wohnung hatten wir einen fantastischen 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt in Mantova und konnten von hier aus die umliegenden Städte mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln toll geniessen. Vielen Dank, Manuela, für Deine tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Ground floor and garden of an authentic italian villa. Furnishings and living spaces grand and very comfortable. Great for a family or group. Everything you could want if you want to cook and dine. Bars and cafes in walking distance and local trattorias not to far. Lots transport to Verona by bus/train but a car helps if traveling in the regione. .

Adorámos o espaço, estava extremamente linda e é bastante funcional. Sentimo-nos em casa e foi o nosso ponto de partida para conhecermos Verona. Quem quer estar num local calmo para desfrutar Verona encontrará exatamente a melhor opção neste alojamento.

Ein sehr ruhiger schöner Ort. Mit dem Auto kann man in nur unter 10-20 Minuten an eines die schönsten Strände fahren mit tollen Restaurants, schöner Atmosphäre und wunderbaren Leuten. Das Air bnb war sehr sauber, hatte alle nötigen Artikel von Handtücher bis Klopapier etc. vorhanden. Kein Staub, keine Flecken, beim betreten der Wohnung hat man direkt einen angenehmen Geruch verspüren können welches uns verraten hat das vor kurzem vor Check-In nochmal gesäubert wurde. Der Gastgeber war stets zu erreichen und hat uns unseren Check-In sogar anhand von Bildern beschrieben. Sonnenliegen waren ebenfalls von Gastgeber gestellt. Wir sind total zufrieden und würden einen weiteren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall in Erwägung ziehen und auch empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Gegend inmitten von Weinbaufeldern. Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen. Am besten hat uns der große Pool gefallen. In die nächsten Städte konnte man in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gelangen. Bei Fragen hat Monica schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Die Wohnung war sauber und der Gemeinschaftspool war direkt davor, was super toll war. Auch hatten wir den großen Pool meistens für uns alleine. Alle bekannten Orte, sowie Gardaland und Safaripark sind in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Knapp 10 Minuten zu den Supermärkten. Für einen Kurztrip in einer ruhigen Gegend ohne Touristenmenge sehr zu empfehlen! Lieben Dank!

Schöne Unterkunft, die die Aspekte eines Hotels mit denen einer Ferienwohnung verbindet. Sehr sauber. Der Gardasee ist schnell zu erreichen.

Lauras Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage im Grünen. Die Terrasse ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Das Studio an sich ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und das Bett ist super bequem. Wir waren mit unserem einjährigen Baby hier und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war ganz toll - sie hat sich um alles bemüht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier hat man eine perfekte Auszeit und ist fernab vom Touristentrubel untergebracht.

Appartamento moderno e luminoso, arredato con gusto e impreziosito da quadri di una pittrice locale. Ampia zona living con camino e vista sul giardino, dove a disposizione degli ospiti ci sono tavolo, sedie, barbecue e una graziosa casetta sull'albero. Zona tranquilla, belle passeggiate, buona cucina. Host accoglienti, proattivi e prodighi di consigli.

Chiara e Mirko sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Alloggio molto bello e pulito, con ampio balcone. Molto gradita la presenza della piscina del condominio. Ottima posizione per poter raggiungere Gardaland, Verona, Sirmione, Peschiera e altre mete nei dintorni. Ottima esperienza!
