Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Massa and Carrara

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the stunning Golfo Dei Poeti made this the perfect base for our stay in Lerici. It is a very short walk from the picturesque hilltop village of La Serra and within easy walking distance of Lerici town and local beaches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Lola is extremely friendly and helpful and a great communicator. I would be very happy to come back.

Great place, superb location, beautiful view from the balcony, close to the marina. To get to the apartment, you must use stairs in the following order: 22 up, 6 down, 20 down, & 6 down. Be cognizant of that if you’re traveling with luggage. However, the place is worth every step. Giuseppina met us at the train station & walked with us to the apartment. Upon arrival, she showed us the place & explained the amenities. There are two small refrigerators, one on each floor. There were cold water bottles in the fridge, snacks & a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The apartment was spotless. It’s a very beautiful place and we would highly recommend it.

Amazing place to explore the Cinque Terre. All is exactly as described. It is really a luxury life here with the magnificent view from the terrass, the jacuzzi etc. All is super calm, the bed is very comfortable so I really appreciate my stay here. On top of that. Sandro was very nice with me as he picks me up at the station and helps me with the luggage. Very friendly host. Highly recommended place!!!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The villa was cozy, super clean and had all the amenities needed for our short stay. The villa’a view is absolutely stunning! Morning coffee and sunset cocktails from the terrace were magical. Edoardo was a gracious host and great communicator.

The apartment with the big sunny terrace overlooking the ocean was picturesque and well equipped. We took a beach umbrella and provided beach towels to the rock beach. We lounged in comfortable chairs on the terrace. The sounds of ocean waves put us to sleep at night on a comfortable mattress and the light blocking shutters worked well with the bright sunrise. Like all of Riomaggiore, there are many stairs in this apartment.

Wow- it was really so nice! I also recommended the beautiful place directly to my friends. We were even allowed to arrive earlier and were warmly welcomed. We were in Italy in June and the stony walls made it pleasantly cool in the bedroom. It was as typical Italy as you imagine. Everything very clean. The garden and the complex are super well maintained. Huge lemon trees, olive trees, flowers - all very harmonious and exudes its Italian flair. The pool and views are truly a dream! The location is perfect for trips to Pisa or Cinque Terre. We were even invited to dinner and this was truly an experience. The neighbors and Eugenio and family are very nice. It was incredibly delicious. Maybe interesting: in the village there is a supermarket (about a 10-minute drive) and a bakery. Right at the property, walking is a bit difficult, as there is only the steep road. It was perfect for us- thank you ❤️

Sarah and Massimo's house is in a great location, the interior is spacious and modern, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is large and very beautiful, full of plants and in a relaxing atmosphere. The bikes available to guests are an added value. The host has always been responsive and professional and provided us with useful advice on local products. Super recommended house!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We arrived on a rainy day, Angela was waiting for us in the rain and kept the closest spot to the accommodation so that we could park, it was super nice. Very warm welcome, very quiet and cozy accommodation. Clean, with all the necessary equipment. We felt like we were at home. They are really attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation owned by a person with a big heart.

It's unique! The location is wonderful, you are only for yourself and in the countryside. On the many terraces of the accommodation you can definitely enjoy the holiday superbly.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

The accommodation met our expectations, it was comfortable for 4 people and everything was great, we really enjoyed the outside garden for breakfast. As a recommendation, we would like to add that it would be a good option to do the automatic check-in, and give the option to arrive directly at the spacious parking, even though it is 50 meters away to take things, at least it would have been less stressful for us to arrive, since the streets are very narrow. Dennis gave us a proseco and was super nice to us, as was his father. Recommended!

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!
