Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Matera

We spent 2 nights in this artist-decorated apartment. Very nice! Set back, so quiet and you can walk to the center. A little difficult to find parking but with luck...we get there! We would have liked to see Antonella but she was probably not available?

Great place to stay in Matera. Very nice room and the whole surroundings. And the view from the terrace is magnificent. Friendly and helpful landlord. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute drive close to the heart of Matera, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, yet the apartment itself remains quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Claudia’s attention to detail is evident, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. What truly made my stay memorable was Claudia’s exceptional hospitality. She was always available for any questions, offering helpful local tips and making sure everything was perfect. I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. The accommodation is a room with a private bathroom, very nice and clean. The location is strategic because it is right at the entrance to the Sassi; for this reason, you may need to drive around a bit to find parking in the area. We were lucky to find it right away, but Angelo can help if needed. Very good and precise host, very helpful in giving suggestions on how to organize your visit. Recommended

Perfectly as described, a modern and very spacious place. We hadn't noticed, in the rush of booking, that there is no kitchen, but it was our mistake because in the presentation of the accommodation it is not mentioned. Large and convenient parking under the house. The center is just a few minutes away by car.

It was a pleasure to stay with Salvatore because not only was the accommodation perfectly matched the description with a silent air conditioning in the room, not insignificant, but our host was considerate and has a real source of information about the must-see places to see in the province of Taranto (restaurants, beaches...) Large and spacious accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen and left us breakfast. With two outdoor terraces. Clean and complete. Very close to Sassi walking and the historic center. You can park the car in the surroundings and protected. There is no air conditioning and in August it is hot but in one room there is a fan that helped a lot. The bed in the second room is a little simple. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate. Super Recommended.

We loved the house. In a farm, the place is peaceful and pretty. The accommodation is rustic but quite well supplied. The dogs that roam around are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for tranquility.

This is an ideal place from which to explore the eastern Basilicata as well as providing a stylish and quiet home base for a couple of days. Views from the terrace were very special.

We stayed for 3 nights in Mrs. Anna's cute apartment, a kind and friendly woman who welcomed us at the entrance of the village. The apartment is well cared for and recently built , equipped with all the comforts including air conditioning. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay.

I recommend it. House located in a great location in an exclusive village with pool. The house is not very large, but it is well-kept, clean and with changes in taste. Partly stylish and part rustic. We stayed for one night, but we have a maximum rating for all the services offered. See you next time!

We were very well received in the house of Mrs. Tina and Mr. Vittorio, very polite, kind and helpful people. They welcomed us warmly, explained the characteristics of the apartment well, made us find the necessary for breakfast and the basic things they serve in the house. We stayed for Christmas and we were very happy to find the house adorned. The apartment is large , very comfortable in a quiet location, with ample parking. Underneath the house is the bus stop downtown, 300 meters away there is a bakery and two supermarkets,pharmacy, a tobacco bar,a grocery store. Consider that having stayed in winter, we could not enjoy the beautiful pool and garden. We recommend thisapartment to stay in Matera. Surely the next time we come to Matera , we will be happy to return to Domus Angela

Nice area near the beach we just went a few weeks to late to enjoy the beach water. Next time we will go during August
