Ook al bleven we maar twee nachten in Grottole, we hebben echt kunnen genieten van het huis en. de omgeving. Eliane was een heel fijne gastvrouw, we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het huis is mooi gerenoveerd en stijlvol ingericht. Wat een mooi project! Een aanrader!

Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Il paesino in cui si trova è vivo ma tranquillo. La comunicazione con Grazia è stata molto utile e cordiale. La posizione è ottimale per visitare Matera.

Rilassante vacanza in mezzo al verde e alla natura. Grande appartamento, accessoriato e pulito. Impagabile poter mangiare nel grande giardino sotto la quercia. Punto di partenza per visitare le città vicine, bel mare e spiaggia bianca. Host molto disponibile. struttura consigliata

We arrived late but the host still waited for us to welcome us. The couch bed was already prepared for the kids and we found everything we needed. The view from the terrace is spectacular! Unfortunately we stayed only one night but the village seems worth exploring. It is a good place to find peace and quiet. The streets are very narrow, if someone wants to come with a big car, they need to park farther away from the apartment.

숙소 위치가 두오모 바로 옆이어서 마테라를 걸어서 돌아다니기에 완벽했습니다. Patrizia가 시외버스정거장에서부터 택시를 예약해줘서 편하게 올 수 있었고 항상 빠르게 답변하고 요청 사항도 잘 들어주었습니다. 사진에서 본거처럼 집이 예쁘고 아늑해서 좋았어요! 마테라에 3박도 모자르네요 다시 오고 싶어요!

Casa molto comoda, ben fornita e davvero pulita. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Il luogo è facile da trovare. Calciano non offre molto (a parte paesaggi stupendi), ma è un buon punto per esplorare la zona. In ogni caso, ci siamo trovati benissimo

splendido giardino con piscina, curato e pulito, spaziose le camere e la zona giorno. indicato per gli amanti della natura in quanto immerso nella campagna con i suoi inconfondibili suoni , uccellini, galline, cagnolini

It's a perfect place to stay for big group. Large kitchen, dining area and living hall. Giovanni had been a great host. Prepare breakfast every morning and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Matera & Alberobello area.

Gostitelj je bil zelo prijazen. Za manjšo težavo v kopalnici se je takoj opravičil in povedal, da čaka na dobavo novega dela. Edina stvar, ki smo jo spregledali ob rezervaciji je bila, da apartma nima WiFi-ja. Ker imamo dovolj mobilnih podatkov na telefonu to ni bila težava. Zadovoljni smo bili z bivanjem

Appartamento confortevole e funzionale all'interno di un villaggio che offre una piscina molto bella. Consigliato!

We were a group of young friends and we had a lot of fun. The property with its cat family is a dream to fall in love with and the view from the tower is a fantastic experience! Dolly the sheep fell in love with our rental car, you had to hold her sometimes when leaving the property. But that was no problem. We warmly recommend the accommodation to families and groups of friends.

Io e il mio partner abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, eravamo in viaggio per accompagnare nostro figlio al vicino campo estivo dell'Oasi WWF di Policoro e ci serviva una sosta. Anna, l'host, molto simpati si è messa a completa disposizione. La casetta si trova in un piccolo residence tranquillo e tenuto molto bene. Con una bellissima piscina centrale e bar annesso che fornisce anche aperitivi e colazione al mattino. Mi sono sentita talmente a mio che la mattina al risveglio ho portato a spasso tra i vialetti il mio cane in pigiama! L'host appunto ammette i cani con una tassa. Non è da poco visto che spesso faccio fatica a trovare alloggi che ammettano animali. Anche se solo per un giorno, mi sono trovata molto molto bene. Se posso proprio suggerire un perfezionamento, avendo soggiornato per una notte, sarebbe stato utile trovare un docciaschiuma. Il nostro è stato un viaggio di un giorno ed è stata l'unica volta della mia vita che non me lo sono portato :) Ci tornerei volentieri!

I stay in Antonietta place for a month. It was amazing time. Definatelly I will come again. The village is secured by amazing person, Mario. From the first moment I felt like visiting family, with having very quiet private space for myself. It was absolutelly the best choice for longer stay.

I stayed for a few days at Anna's place with my dog. It was wonderful! Right in the middle of nature in a small village, there are plenty of trails to hike around this area. Anna and her family were incredibly friendly. Anna even took the time to show me around the village and its church! The apartment is very cozy, with a beautiful wood stove. I highly recommend!

Overall- incredible. In a rustic building, but the space was very modern. The kitchen was stocked with all needed items and more. Same with the bathrooms. Lots of extra bedding. No complaints about the space, but the real star of the show was the location, animals, and friendly hosts. Hectares of farmland, with beautiful view of the sunset when it’s clear. There were dogs (very friendly), cats, sheep, a pig, chickens, and ducks and geese. The staff of the farm and Nicola were all easy to talk to and friendly. The dogs did a great job of keeping the property safe! It was fun to be surrounded by real life on the farm.

Emanuele's property was really clean, in good order and well organized. It was very close to the old city and parking around was ok to find ( payable ). There is a park outside and some teens gather and party until night so that made some noise but closing the windows helped a bit. The balcony was really good but had no shade made so kind of useless in the sunny hot weather Overall the property was great for a one night stay Thank you

We had an amazing stay in Matera. Maria was a great host throughout our stay! Her communication was excellent and she offered recommendations on parking near the Sassi, local restaurant options plus delicious welcome treats and cold water in the fridge which was a super nice touch that we really enjoyed. She was easy to reach and checked in on us throughout our stay. Her home was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed and the views were simply incredible! We wish we could have stayed more than one night. If you want to stay in the heart of the Sassi and experience Matera, you must stay here! We hope we can visit and stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience!

Estuvimos 1 noche con mis padres y mi novio y estuvo increíble! Un Sasi típico de la ciudad de Matera, gran ubicación, con parking en frente. Es difícil conseguir lugar en el gratuito pero hay otro al lado que es bastante barato (1€/hora). Súper limpio, ordenado y con mucha luz. Nos encantó para 1 o 2 noches.

Buona location e appartamento esattamente come in foto e da descrizione. Comunicare con Daniela è stato semplice e le indicazioni che ci ha fornito sono state estremamente chiare. Posizione centrale ver visitare Matera ...lo consiglio .

Our stay at Pane and Tulipani was delightful. The apartment is sweetly decorated, spacious and impeccably clean. It’s walking distance to centro storico but also far enough away from the hustle and noise of tourists. Bibiana couldn't have been more helpful and kind in getting us situated. I hope to come back again and I would certainly recommend Sofie’s apartment to friends.

L’appartement est très spacieux, moderne, décoré avec goût et confortable, il n’y a rien à redire. Mais surtout, pour rejoindre tous les commentaires précédents…. La terrasse est absolument incroyable! Elle vaut tellement plus que les palaces 5 étoiles de la ville! Nous avions prévus d’aller au restaurant le soir mais avons préféré annuler pour diner sur la terrasse et profiter de cette vue qui crée une ambiance vraiment magique. Enfin Simona et Oksana sont très réactives, flexibles et accueillantes. Adapté avec un bébé (lit sur demande) Bref, foncez ça vaut vraiment le coup!
