Posta sui colli bolognesi is a family B&B. The owners are very kind people, they welcome you to their home and make you feel at ease. The bedroom with bathroom is located inside their accommodation. You can lock the door from the inside for your privacy. The room consists of two single beds, a double bed and a small desk. The house is old, typical of the area, there are exposed wooden beams and dated plaster, but everything is kept in a perfect way. The furniture is not modern but it is in line with the house. The TV is to be requested, it comes with a portable antenna, you can see the RAI channels well, less so the other channels. The private bathroom consists of a recessed shower with curtain, pedestal washbasin, toilet and bidet. Breakfast is the best part, all homemade, genuine and tasty products. There is an adjacent restaurant from which some kitchen noises come. Parking along the street, but there are few places, and you have to make do.

I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

OMG! What a gem!! Tucked away on a leafy green road this is a quiet haven - not too far from the centre, but far enough to feel like you’re ‘getting away’ from the city. The house is filled witj wood and light - the windows are huge and face onto the most beautiful back garden. We woke up to bird song and the rustling of the trees. You literally can’t see another house - just trees and greenery. The house is also filled with beautiful artwork and is clearly redolent of a life well lived in Thailand. They also have lots of options for breakfast and a gorgeous table in the garden to eat it on - and the beds are SUPER comfy. The place is spotless and has everything you need!! Finally, the hosts are SO nice and so welcoming. They gave us a tour of the house and told us a little about its history as well as some excellent food options (DEFINITELY try Osteria Chilometro Zero!). They also gave us a late check out, no questions asked, which we massively appreciated. A wonderful stay!

I stayed at this vacation rental with my girlfriend. Clean room and private bathroom, tidy shared kitchen. No disturbance from the other tenants.

Mauro Laura and Gaia are wonderful hosts. Breakfast outside overlooking the clean pool is the best start for a day. The rooms are sparkling clean and beautiful and lovingly decorated and the beds are comfortable. Mauro gave me good recommendations for restaurants in the area and also told me a lot about Italy's history. The property is about 7 kilometers from Carpi and Modena is 20 minutes away. But it definitely needs a car to reach restaurants, etc., because it is too far away from everything on foot. On my departure, Gaia still gave me her delicious, homemade lemon cake, so nothing could go wrong.

She was very nice and accommodating. The place itself is a dream. The room was not only sparkling clean, but also first-class and very tastefully furnished. The bathroom is particularly noteworthy, as it really sets standards in terms of cleanliness. The location in a quiet mountain village is perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and enjoying the silence. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend a stay with Nina. The location is a true gem surrounded by greenery, ideal for those seeking relaxation and who love nature. It is located in a quiet location, perfect for disconnecting from the routine and enjoying the peace. Arianna, the host, was exceptional from the first contact: extremely kind and helpful, even before check-in. On the day of my arrival, several roads near the airfield were closed for a concert, and Arianna offered to accompany me to the historic center, showing a truly rare concern. I was immediately made to feel at home. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Reggio Emilia and wants a welcoming and relaxing experience.

Room with attention to detail, spacious, with breakfast nook that is provided by the host every day. Daily cleaning service, spacious bathroom with a large shower. 10 minutes on foot and you are in Piazza Maggiore, about twenty from central station. Quiet condominium, on the local street for young people but absolutely not noisy during our overnight stay. Cozy host, he gave us suggestions on a lot of restaurants and a map of the city.

Beautifully renovated, very responsive, proactive and hospitable host. I felt as though I was staying at a family members home in another country. Within 15min walking distance of the Ferrari factory, museum and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to family and friends visiting Maranello.

We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 pm. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, super clean and well furnished. The kitchen and living room where we had breakfast, in the morning were also beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruits, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds...Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on the hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.

Very welcoming hosts despite the language barrier. Exceptional value for money indeed the nightly price includes the evening meal, breakfast all this in a very typical setting of Tuscany. Recommended.

We stayed as a couple for one night in this very nice, clean and functional bed and breakfast. The host was very nice and always responded promptly to our every need. Everything was exactly as in the photos and description. Self check-in is super easy. Thank you for your hospitality.

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!
