Beautiful and very clean house. Bedroom, living room, bathroom. Everything. Super friendly and hospitable host, he also sent us lots of tips on things to see in the area.

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice and clean - looked just like the photos. The shower was fantastic. We had our ten month baby with us and the host kindly provided a travel cot and high chair which was much appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent and was quick so to answer any questions we may have. We would happily stay at this apartment again.

Beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in the ideal location right next to Duomo. Lots of natural light and a charming view from the bedroom window. The sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you need + provided breakfast bites like cornetto, muffins, and cereal. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Excellent host even gave me a ride to train station. I would stay here again for sure. There’s an elevator if you have heavy luggage.

Another great stay. This is an absolute "gem" of a flat in the "centro" in Modena. Walkable to anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Immaculate, comfortable and perfectly equipped either for a business or leisure trip either for a solo traveller our a couple. Cracking!

We stayed at Enzo's for one night on the occasion of the Ligabue concert at Campovolo, and we couldn't have chosen better! Top hospitality: Enzo was very kind, super helpful and made us feel immediately at ease. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was tidy and well cared for in detail. Breakfast was also excellent, plentiful and well presented. A significant plus: it allowed us to stay an extra hour on the day of departure, which was really appreciated. Highly recommended! If we were to return to the area, we would already know where to go. Thank you Enzo!

The accommodation in which we were hosted was in a central, convenient area, corresponding to the photos and descriptions. Clean and tidy place. Fabio proved to be extremely helpful, always responding in a timely manner and providing very useful advice. I'd come back here without a doubt.

Monia was attentive to our needs and very present. Always kind. I really appreciated some amenities found on our arrival such as a bottle of water, everything you need both to make breakfast and to cook something. Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome from the beginning, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

Great apartment in great part of the town. Rita was very accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature. The highlight of our Italy tour! Super quiet and beautiful location in the middle of nature, yet grocery stores and the like were easily accessible. The accommodation was also very clean and well equipped. The friendliness of the hostess is particularly outstanding - it was a very family-like and great stay! We will definitely be back 🤍
