Everything worked out well,as in the description. Everything clean , opposite great pizzeria with very friendly staff. Price/performance is good.

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment, spacious and equipped with everything, with a nice and livable balcony. in a super quiet context. I stayed two nights for work and would love to go back!

The apartment is very large and sleeps 4 people. There is a large balcony that connects both bedrooms to the kitchen. The bathroom is also very large and leaves nothing to be desired. On foot is about 10 minutes in downtown Monza and about 15 minutes to Monza Central Station.

We had a lot of fun here, a little far to the train station, but it was no problem when you had a car! Hosten is very helpful when we were wondering about something or when we needed help! Absolutely worth the money!

the apartment is well spacious,we were a family of 4, everything clean , private parking,the church a few steps away very nice ,in the morning the bakery nearby, everything decileful, very friendly neighbors.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! The communication in advance was uncomplicated and fast - we felt we were in good hands right away. At check-in, we were warmly greeted by a very nice lady who took time for everything. The house was absolutely clean, lovingly maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. In the evening, we could make ourselves comfortable - either in front of the TV or outside in the small garden. The location was quiet and relaxed, perfect for switching off. In just 5 minutes you can reach shopping facilities, and in about 15 minutes there was also a small selection of nice restaurants. If you want to go downtown, you should plan about 40-60 minutes - which was fine for us. Practical: The nearest train station was only 15 minutes away. Overall, a great accommodation with a feel-good factor – we would come back anytime!
