Orta San Giulio is located on the eastern shore of Lake Orta (Lake Orta) on a promontory protruding into the lake and is an important tourist resort with a picturesque old town. The main square of the place is Piazza Motta, where also the ships to the Isola San Giulio dock. Since 1228, the weekly market has been held here every Wednesday. Above the village rises a hill, the Sacro Monte d'Orta, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sacri Monti. Our villa is located on the picturesque Lake Orta

Dolce Vita House

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you'll find the lake and the village center, where you'll find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacco shop. Parking is available inside the residence.

The bathroom offers a hydrojet shower, washbasin wc and bidet. There is terrace leading off the kitchen with a table and chairs. This apartment also offers a roof terrace for sunbathing. There is air-conditioning at NO extra charge. Linen and towels are included.
