Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.

The location allows you to walk to shops, clubs, restaurants, bike rental activities, station and connection to the islands. If, on the other hand, you want to enjoy tranquility and a beautiful view, you can walk to the park of the Rocca Borromeo or simply reach the nearby small beach in the summer or take a relaxing walk on the lakefront.
