Orta San Giulio is located on the eastern shore of Lake Orta (Lake Orta) on a promontory protruding into the lake and is an important tourist resort with a picturesque old town. The main square of the place is Piazza Motta, where also the ships to the Isola San Giulio dock. Since 1228, the weekly market has been held here every Wednesday. Above the village rises a hill, the Sacro Monte d'Orta, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sacri Monti. Our villa is located on the picturesque Lake Orta

Dolce Vita House

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the area (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you'll find the lake and the village center, where you'll find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, and tobacco shop. Parking is available inside the residence.

Villa Monziani, an exclusive 17thC lakefront house, one of the oldest on the island in the middle of Lake Orta, recently completely modernised, offers a peaceful and romantic stay in beautiful and historic surroundings, with private boat (10HP - no license required) guarantees full flexibility & our mainland locked garage included. Casa Elsa is the perfect place for those looking for tranquility thanks to its enchanting position: immersed in nature you will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view characterized by the wonderful Lake Orta and the mountains that surround it. It consists of a large entrance hall, an original vintage kitchen from the 1960s, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The garden from which you can access the lake directly is also available for guests to access the lake directly. Private parking available.

Nel caso l' alloggio venga prenotato da un numero di persone pari a 3 o inferiore, verranno messe a disposizione 2 camere da letto e un solo bagno.
