Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Oristano

It was a pleasure to stay for 10 days in Davides apartment. Davide and his Dad were so friendly and helpful if needed and also authentic. The apartment is also very nice and spacious. The beach is very close. Another plus point are the extremely friendly neighbors 😃. We have only had good experiences in Sardinia so far, but this time it was a highlight 👍

We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

It doesn't get any better! Large apartment, great location right by the sea with exciting excursion destinations in the area and an extremely friendly hostess. If the environment and the weather weren't so great, I would have liked to leaf through one or the other non-fiction book. The selection looked very exciting.

Staying with Renato & Mary was a lovely experience as they have such a beautiful place and are really near to the lovely town of Bosa. Super friendly and always happy to help. We really appreciated the small touches of home grown veg for us to try. They also made sure there were key food bits in for us to use so we wouldn’t necessarily have to go straight to the supermarket which was very thoughtful. Marsha the on site dog was also a winner for the kids. Thank you for an amazing stay and would definitely recommended this for those staying in the area. Hopefully see you both again in future 😊

Giovanni and his wife's apartment was perfect for my stay in Sardinia. You have a wonderful view of the sea from everywhere, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes and you can start hiking along the coast directly from the front door. However, you should still have a car on site, as shopping for daily needs and exploring the rest of the island is otherwise difficult. The apartment itself is simple but very well equipped, the premises correspond to what the photos show. Everything was very neat and clean. Giovanni and his wife are great, warm hosts, always approachable and were very flexible with both check-in and check-out. I felt very comfortable there and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Antonio's. He is very helpful and responded immediately to our questions. Antonio is a perfect host! The house is in the middle of the village and everything is close by. A car is recommended because except for a small supermarket (with nice homemade products) there are no shops. However, Bosa is close and there is everything you want. Everything else is within walking distance, but if you want to go to a really nice beach, 3 minutes by car is more convenient than walking.

Daniele is efficient and kind. Beachfront accommodation in the coastal area with blue sea and sandy bottom. Beautiful panorama. House complete with every need and Daniele available for small additions in the kitchen.

Great location, very clean and well equipped. 2 minutes, by foot, to the nearest restaurant, bar and small supermarket 5 minutes. The beach - the dune - is simply fantastic.

We spent 3 nights in this apartment that looks more like a house! Several terraces, very beautiful view, quiet neighborhood... enough to recharge well:) Very few activities in the area if you are not very beach. Ides was very responsive by message, and its on-site contact was also responsive and pleasant (despite the language barrier!) Thanks, grazie!

The very nice and quiet location with wonderful views delighted us. You definitely need a car here to explore the surrounding area and for shopping, the supermarket was closed and only one restaurant open(end of April). It is best to get everything in the supermarket before arrival in Guspini or Oristano. The path to the beach with 15 minutes walking is no problem. The host was always quick to respond and the neighbors were very kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is stunning with great views of the coastline. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this place for a perfect Sardinian getaway!

In short: It was just beautiful! We felt comfortable and at home in Cristina's house from the first minute! The house is really special, from the architecture to the amenities. You can really find everything you need and more! I have never found a kitchen that was so well equipped. We mainly stayed outside and the terrace is really nice. We also liked the outdoor shower very much. It was really very hot during our vacation and in the evening we had to open all the windows so it cools a little, but it worked and it was also tolerable without air conditioning. We would really recommend Cristina's house to anyone without restrictions!

great experience in spring. Beachfront house with beautiful views. We had a great time, outside there is a large table that allows you to eat outdoors enjoying a priceless view. The only downside is the house is a little dark, but wanting to be outdoors as much as possible was not a problem at all! Recommended!

Sparkling clean vacation home, lovingly prepared and with a very friendly welcome. Well equipped. From the kitchen, living room and from the balcony, a fantastic sea view. No mosquito nets over the beds, but on all windows. Everything you need is there, super well thought out. The owner sells very tasty olive oil from her own production. Right in front of the house (across a small street) is a wonderful fine sandy beach. Goes very flat in the water, great for children. Very nice walking paths directly along the coast, lots of nature, very quiet. Car absolutely necessary, no shopping facilities on site, at least not open during our stay in June. Important for the arrival: The house is no longer green, but freshly painted beige. There are no house numbers, so it's good to know. We would come back anytime, felt very comfortable right away!!

Super good stay here in Torregrande. With nice sea view and super close to the beach. Clean and comfortable apartment Complete quality kitchen appliances which came in very handy. Also has a nice roof top terrace. Would gladly stay there again. He is very friendly and prompt to respond to any request. Great host! Thanks!

Small but very nice! The studio is perfectly thought out - it really lacks nothing! Piergiorgio welcomed me very warmly and I was immediately spoiled with homemade olive oil, fresh fruit from the garden, delicious cookies and cool drinks - pure hospitality! I immediately felt completely comfortable. Restaurants and a supermarket are within easy walking distance, and the beautiful, long sandy beach is also within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable, and the view from the garden is simply fantastic. I was happy and would love to come back.🌞

This might be the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in! The decoration was lovely, felt really airy and spacious and a hipster but homely aesthetic - we’ve taking inspiration for our home. Also very cool even without the air con on, even in 34 degrees. Really good location and lovely to see the sea from bed. The restaurants were great. The owner was very good at communicating and we’re pretty sure he bought a high chair brand new for our baby, or looked brand new anyway! Appreciated the vinyl and book selection. Our baby loved dancing to the disco tunes.

Great stay at Silvia's. Her accommodation (first floor of a house) is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a stay of several days and has an exceptional view of the sea (beach opposite). The house is located in a small tourist village, very quiet at this time of year. The location is ideal for visiting the whole of Sardinia. Silvia is an available, responsive and attentive host, she will give you good advice on restaurants, places not to be missed. She also provided us with extra blankets, charcoal, paddle. Accommodation and host that we recommend without hesitation!

Gianpiero is a super friendly, helpful and friendly guest! The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay, the balcony overlooking the sea and dunes is a gem! Well-stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and all desirable accessories. Clean and fragrant house. Beautiful location 5 minutes on foot from the sea and the dunes, in the village there is food, restaurants and tobacco bars. everything perfect, we highly recommend

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, from dishwasher to washing machine and AC. Parking in front of the building was always available and we could contact Giovanna for all our questions. The bed is comfortable but a lit squeeky. The beach in Torre Grande is OK, but there are plenty of very nice ones in 15 minutes driving distance

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The sea view is wonderful and even though sometimes it was too cold to eat out, we sat in front of the window facing the sea and so it was almost like being outside! Mauro's father gave us tips on places to go. We had a very good time!
