Really good, clean and secure place. Not too far to walk to train station or centre (if able bodied). Giovanna met us personally for check in. Definitely stay again if we were to return to Piacenza. If you do do a trip to Piacenza make sure to see the dome of the Duomo and the library.

This is a vey clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, despite being in the center of town. Roberta and Cesare are friendly and flexible, and helpful with any issues that may arise. The living area is perfect for two people - my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

She is a fantastic host. She responds immediately, very kind and genuine person. Even though we had to leave the place, she helped us find a different place. She is very helpful and a superb host.

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

A 15-minute walk from the center of Parma, a half-hour drive from the RCF arena in Reggio Emilia. Clean house with all the comforts (air conditioning that cools the bathroom and bedroom!). Very helpful and welcoming host.

Extremely positive experience! Perfectly renovated and equipped with all the comforts, impeccable cleanliness, perfectly as described. The host Mr. Antonello was very courteous and gave us all the directions to the house, amenities and surroundings allowing us to enjoy a beautiful vacation. We even found everything you need for a hearty breakfast for every day of your stay and also for some snacks. Definitely recommended apartment, in a quiet place, ideal for a visit to Parma (10 min. by car) and to relax in the area that allows naturalistic excursions (recommended: the monumental complex "Casino dei Boschi" which consists of a series of historic rural buildings in the Carrega Forest Regional Natural Park and the Taro River Regional River Park). In conclusion: 5 stars can't give six!

Giovanni's apartment was ideal for our short stay in Parma. I particularly liked the two independent bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning. We really liked the apartment.

Federico is an exceptional host, he has been attentive at all times and has made it very easy for me to check in. The house is even better than the photos and there's no lack of detail so the guest doesn't miss anything! Thank you for everything!

Had a wonderful stay at this very clean, cute, and colorful studio. There is soft lighting for night, but it's bright during the day with two large windows and an open view. The bed was very comfortable, towels were soft and thick, kitchen was well stocked, and there was sufficient space to hang clothes. A/C worked well during the very hot days. Automatic blinds in the bathroom and sliding doors on the windows keep it dark for sleeping. Great having a washer, full-length mirror, large tv, nice shampoo and shower gel, bottled water in the fridge, and even tissues. The building is modern with a roomy elevator and it's in a very quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral and historic center. I also loved having a vegan restaurant right downstairs. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Federico and Teresa were lovely hosts, accommodated an earlier arrival, and quickly responded to my many questions. I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, the communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

We stayed at Jacopo's to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our high school graduation. We were 8 friends looking for a large green space where we could spend time and have a barbecue while listening to music. The house is a large, renovated barn with a refined bucolic character. The house is well equipped, the objects of the house give it its own interesting style that smells of past travels, the air conditioning is present and effective. Exposed beams painted white give light, the view of the countryside is a watercolor of the author, the outdoor space delighted by the scent of lime and an American vine that wraps the house are a breath of well-being. Jacopo allowed us to check in early and was empathetic and supportive on a couple of occasions. The house has a convenient and covered parking space where you can leave your car, and at night, crickets and fireflies will transport you to another dimension.

Very nice, quiet place to stay. Warm and welcoming hosts, we received many tips. Car needed to reach the many beautiful places and delicious restaurants.

the All Included formula has fully satisfied us to have breakfast included and especially the beach with sun loungers and umbrella took away the problem of looking and having to book

We spent a wonderful weekend with our family and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Francesca and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming, they truly made us feel at home. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

I was favorably impressed by the Trebbia Valley, but the accommodation was also great. Recently renovated with new and complete furnishings. The apartment is generously sized and was clean. Claudio also provided us with valuable information about the surroundings and restaurants to visit. With sympathy and efficiency, he was always close to us with discretion, answering our questions in a few minutes. If we decide to spend more time in the area, we will definitely turn to him.
