Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Pavia

Matteo's got a very clean, tidy and compact place. It's in a great location, very quiet and away from all the noise. The bus stop is right outside the place and the tram station is just a mere 5 minutes walk away. There's loads of crockery and cutlery, the cabinets are full of all the utensils you'll ever need if you want to cook your own food. Matteo is a very nice and jolly fellow. He helped us a lot on our way to his place (I had a lot of questions about transportation). He served us the best italian coffee upon arriving and helped us find the correct address for the University of Milan's campus where my dad had to attend a conference. He also gave us some great suggestions for the best restaurants to try around town (we asked for them of course). I would reccomend Matteo's place and would definitely stay there if visiting Milano again.

Excellent stay, had everything I needed. Would certainly recommend if looking for some peace and quiet. Managed a good night sleep each night, Great facilities for all needs. Shame my Milan adventure is coming to an end otherwise would book more stays.

Very Nice stay. Wonderful Host

Ideal base to explore Pavia, just a few km from Centro Storico. Plus parking next to the door, while that is really problematic in the city itself. The apartment on the ground floor is authentic "vintage" Italian, we suspect formerly inhabited by the elderly parents of the current residents on the first floor. But hey, there was plenty of room for even four people, everything was in good condition and everything worked properly. No complaints whatsoever! Recommended!

The place was cozy, the owner was responsive. The apartment is clean, all modern appliances are present. Special thanks for the delicious treats. Leonardo quickly answered all the questions. The disadvantage is that it is far from the center, but there is convenient transport - a tram that goes to the very center.

The stay at the apartment in Voghera was pleasant, the apartment is nice and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the center, which is easily accessible with a short walk, and the fact that there is a private parking space in the internal courtyard is definitely a plus. Massimo is very helpful and the flexible and autonomous check-in was very useful for us since we arrived quite late in the evening.

Characteristic apartment in a renovated and functional period building. In the central area, perfect for walking around the city. The apartment was not only very clean, but equipped with everything you need: fragrant and abundant towels, ready and cozy bed and then soaps, shampoo, detergents, hairdryer, even an adhesive brush to clean clothes! Full availability of the manager who also called to see if everything was okay.

Probably one of the cleanest and well organized AirBnB places we’ve ever stayed at. The place was homely, everything taken care of and well thought of. Sergio was very responsive, provided all the instructions ahead of time and answered all questions quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a stay around the area!

Alessandra is a great host! I made the reservation a few hours before entering the house, for an unexpected circumstance and the house was completely clean and tidy, ready to be used. The courtyard is special, we still appreciated the neighborhood. The area is a little special, but well connected to the center and some clubs in Lodi.

Beautiful place, warm welcome, staff available and responsive. Listing is as described. The large park, the private garden, the huge swimming pool, the possibility of quenching at the Bar or taking care (not included) We also received some great tips for discovering small villages in the area. Our family stayed here for a week visiting friends and loved the accommodation. You need to be reasonably mobile to get up and down the staircase but the apartment has many original features and is super comfortable. Right in the centre of the village too is a real bonus and to hear the church bells ring was a joy. Would definitely return and good value for money. Gave us time to kick back and relax!

Ruggero's place is located in a peaceful, quiet area in the hills, just 3–5 minutes away by car from all the main services you’ll need during your stay: a supermarket, bakery, and a fresh fruit and vegetable shop. The house is even more beautiful in person and had everything we needed, from cookware to a coffee machine and a hair dryer. We visited in autumn, and the house was very warm thanks to the heater, so we didn’t have any issues with the cold. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back!
