Not just an apartment, this is a home. Sometimes it's our home, and when we're away we want it to be just like a home for you. There's everything you need to be comfortable, including two sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and unlimited fibre internet. SMALL APARTMENT ideal for 1 or 2 people, consisting of a living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. In a quiet and characteristic area. It's a pleasure to forget about the car and walk, a few minutes away there is Corso Vannucci, the Conservatory, the University for foreigners and Museums. Wi-Fi Perfect for business trips. Our bright studio is on the third floor in a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet downtown street just steps from Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as cozy as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a glimpse of the hills around the city. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
