Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Carefully furnished, it welcomes the guest in a bright living area with smartv then passing through the kitchen area you reach the comfortable dining area overlooking the internal garden. To complete the house, two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with bunk bed and bathroom with shower, sanitary ware and sink.
