The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Smart Studio in Historic Center 2+1

Excellent studio in the historic center of Pesaro, bright, with hallway and bathroom, located on the second floor with private entrance and staircase and direct access from the street. There is a mezzanine double bed (140x200) and a pouf that can easily be converted into a comfortable bed with a slatted base (80x200). The studio also has a large 5-seat sofa, a kitchen area with table and chairs. In the spacious bathroom with window there is a large shower and a washing machine.

Lovely recently renovated apartment on the ground floor 1.5 km from the center and 2 km from the sea easily accessible both on foot and by bike. Gated property discovered and independent entrance. 5 minutes from the largest city park and a few steps from supermarkets, laundries and all the other services you need. Railway and bus station can be reached on foot. Nearby, Gradara, Marco Simoncelli circuit. Two bicycles are available for free use.

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Carlotta and Sergio were very welcoming and discreet hosts, and gave good advice. Their apartment is very modern and tastefully decorated, comfortable and brand new, on the ground floor of a small brand new building in a very quiet residential. Very nice terrace that goes around the apartment with 2 large umbrellas to take meals away from the sun. Adjustable air conditioning in all rooms (very noticeable in summer). We recommend it for staying or visiting the area, especially Fano (Maki gelateria, the best ever) and Baia Flaminia which we loved. We'll be back!

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. The only minor problem we had is that the oven didn't work, but Rosita has arranged to get it fixed and was responsive when we contacted her. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

The apartment is small, but you have everything you need. Right by the sea, the balcony has a sea view. The kitchen is small, but you have everything you need for a stay of a few days. Only to be considered for people who are very sensitive to noise. The apartment is right next to the railway line. Trains pass by here all the time and the apartment in general is a bit noisy. All in all, however, it did not bother us because you have a parking space right outside the door and need a whole 2 min to the beach. There you can freely choose whether you want to lie in a public area or a private area with loungers. From the apartment you can also easily walk to the city center, about 20 minutes or sometimes go to Fano. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
