Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!

The location of the house is unique, with a wide view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is lovingly designed and very clean. A narrow street leads to the house. The staff immediately helped us find a bike workshop and announced us. Thank you for that. Breakfast was plentiful and with great views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic, but we didn't use it. All in all perfect. Mille grazie!

We were looking for accommodation, and we found a little corner of paradise that became part of our little holiday in every respect. The cottage is very cute and complete with everything, surrounded by greenery, very relaxing!! The hosts are friendly and nice, very kind and helpful. About half an hour from the Frasassi Caves, 4km from a small but complete supermarket. The only negative aspect? Having to console my daughter's crying when we left: she wanted to stay there. We will 😂😂 definitely come back if the opportunity arises, we had a great time!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Great accommodation in a typical Italian village. Quiet with fantastic views. Pizzeria 50 meters away. Centrally located between mountains and sea.

We had a wonderful time there. It was a little paradise for us. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool is fantastic, you can use it until late at night and admire the stars, you can only recommend that. We had an apartment for three people and it is completely sufficient. The highlight was the two bathrooms, so no stress while getting ready after a day of bathing. Also great praise to the hostess, a very, very friendly person who was always there to help. One more small tip, if you don't want to do without the beach, then we recommend the sandy beach in Torrette di Fano, about 20 minutes by car.

Remote house by a church, surrounded by forrest and hillls. The view is breathtaking. The house is perfect for w couples or a family. There is also a terrace with the view on the mountains. Swimming pool (at the host's yard but it's 1 minute walk) is not too big but it's perfect for some leisure time between trips. And again, the view is simply amazing from there too. There are nice walking routes nearby (up to 2 hrs). Citta di Castello, the town nearby, has a few shopping centers, so you can get there all you need. There is also the old town, worth a short walk. Fabio, our host, is a great. Very friendly, likeable, responsive and helpful. Always there when we needed some help. I highly recommend the house, Umbria itself and Fabio as a host :)

Federico is a very friendly and communicative host even remotely. He was able to respond to our request even before he had to ask some questions. Her apartment is up to the description and even more. Its location is perfect for enjoying Pesaro and the coast. The little plus the private parking space in an almost seaside area, 4 minutes walk to the beach is very nice. For a stay of 4, I recommend it, that's fine.

Clean apartment with all the comforts, like being at home. Location a five-minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The host Giada was very friendly and very clear in explaining how to take advantage of the apartment's amenities. We really enjoyed it.

We stayed here for three days. The place is as described, functional, and well-stocked, tidy, and clean. Super friendly and helpful host, clear in the directions. We had a great time!

A really lovely place, even nicer and more spacious than the pictures. Would stay again. Lots of little nice things like showing us round, fresh cakes, snacks, coffee, water, wine and milk. She is very kind.
