The house is divided into two apartments of about 350 sqm each, rent the apartment located on the ground floor and first floor, while the upper apartment is owned. The house consists of large entrance hall, study / reception, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, living room and kitchen. The garden is well-equipped with a beautiful swimming pool 12mt x 6 mt.
