New and well-made structure, helpful and clear host on everything

Excellent experience, clean, beautiful accommodation with many amenities. The host's attentions should be emphasized (briochine for breakfast, coffee pods in adequate numbers, fresh water in the fridge!). The kitchen and bathroom are also very well equipped

I was in Cremona to work for three weeks and Alessandra's apartment was quite suitable, on the 2nd floor of an old building, quiet and in the beautiful historic center of the city, with for example the cathedral and the central square 5 minutes' walk away. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. Contact with Alessandra was very good for managing my arrival, then throughout the stay if I had a question. I recommend it :)

Marcello was responsive and helpful throughout. The accommodation was a large studio flat with all the amenities essential for a comfortable stay. It was notably clean and uncluttered. The historic centre is within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. After driving from Germany we appreciated the free and safe parking, located behind a security barrier. Our stay in Piacenza was relaxing with none of the tourist overload found in other Italian cities. The historic centre is particularly notable, with the tourist office particularly helpful. The flat is on the ground floor, so ideal for those with limited mobility; access is provided via a key safe. Visitors should have no hesitation is using Marcello’s exemplary facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The building is beautiful, with a grand entrance. The flat is stylish, comfortable, and very practical. We used the kitchen almost every day, and the shower was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable too. Everything was clearly explained, and since it was our first time in Piacenza, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

the apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. In a central but quiet location. Nearby there is a great covered parking for a fee that the host suggested to us. Comfortable beds and the presence of everything you need for the stay. Claudia was very nice and available both during the reservation and for the stay. Highly recommend!

The host Ian has always made himself available and available for questions and needs. The apartment is cozy and clean, has all the necessary appliances to spend a holiday (fridge, washing machine, small appliances); it is also close to the center and the various museums of the city.

Everything is fine. Although I did not meet Gilberto, he was constantly present by phone. The apartment is comfortable, air conditioning working, great mattress, clean services, kitchen available, tidy, bathroom with shower and the necessary for personal cleaning. Recommended.

Availability and courtesy of the landlady make a difference, we had a great time! Mrs. Giulia is very attentive to make you enjoy your stay at her property to the fullest, taking care of everything in detail. Very thoughtful, I've rarely found a host so attentive. All set in a beautiful setting in the greenery and nearby a beautiful riding school with many horses. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back
