The building complex that includes the B&B was built around 1930 and has been recently renovated. The rooms are furnished with classic furniture, typical of the period. Located in an elevated position, it overlooks the Ceno river valley and the medieval village of Viazzano. A well-kept and flowery garden adds beauty to the view. The B&B has its own parking, free WiFi and air conditioning. A hearty breakfast is served in the kitchen.

Radici Room, A

Tree of Karta is part of the House that we live in and that we decided to share with those who will come to discover the magical hills of Oltrepò Pavese. The Radici room is the only room you will find on the ground floor, adapted for people with reduced mobility. In its essence, the furnishings recall the beauty and strength of the roots, which allow the tree to embrace the earth and rise to heaven with grace.

The Rosa room consists of a comfortable double bed with a wardrobe in the room and a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also the possibility of renting the room in a triple version, with an additional single bed. The Rosa room has a private bathroom.

La mansarda is located on the first floor (previously an attic) and has remained authentic with the old bricks and beams. It has a spacious bedroom, (with room for a cot), a bathroom, and is furnished with antique furniture.
