The bathroom has a newly fitted washer-dryer. To note, the heating system is a pellet (wood) burner only, and so rentals are in spring, summer or early autumn.

La Casa di Nini is right in the center of Budoia, a few minutes from Piancavallo, half an hour from Lake Barcis and the wild beaches of Valcellina. The house is close to several amenities such as a very good take-out pizzeria, a delicious bakery, an excellent restaurant with seafood cuisine and 5 minutes from a supermarket.

Consisting of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, it overlooks an internal courtyard where Mucione and Mucino, the owners' cats, can wander around.
