Marzia is a lovely host and goes out of her way to make the stay as comfortable as possible! The house is very special and we had homemade cake for breakfast. Would go there again anytime!

A stylish B&B in a wonderful quiet neighbourhood close to Modena and all the sights, restos and shops with a super host who makes homemade breads abd cakes for breakfast and will do everything she can to make your stay comfortable. It was a pleasure!

The hotel is in a quiet area but there is still a restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner, with very delicious food. Not touristy at all. The host is very friendly, also gives tips and always asks if everything is okay or if you need anything. But not at all intrusive. Very familiar atmosphere and the old villa is very true to the motto and has this great charm.

Nice place, nice apartment and a wonderful pool

Beautiful villa in the center of Novellara about twenty minutes from Reggio Emilia. Really nice location, clean room and comfortable bed. Plentiful breakfast in the sweet and savory. Small negative new bathroom with its shower cubicle with the guides not really clean and the exhaust obstructed (these are rare events but they can happen) and consequently I could not take a shower. Reported to the front desk that they would arrange the next morning. Cabin very close to the shower stall, for those who are tall over 180 cm, the legs touch the glass in the shower. The TV remote was missing in the room. Searched and sought after everywhere but it wasn't there. Room 204

Lovely place, in a landscape that restores. The house, in addition to being cared for in every detail, is super clean! The garden is pure poetry, every corner hides a surprise; it enchants the view and takes care of the heart. It was a beautiful experience in every way. Including the knowledge of the owner, a cultured and sensitive person with whom we had a pleasant chat.

Very good communication and accommodation true to the photos! Very clean and quiet environment, but beware: no air conditioning and a lot of mosquitoes outside in summer, the night was short for me :( Otherwise the accommodation is very good and there is nothing negative to say. Free parking space right in front, it's a big plus! No activity around but we spent the evening in Parma, the city is very pleasant!
