Just a few kilometres from Maranello, Reggio Emilia and Modena, Milo Apartment is located 1 km from Sassuolo and is ideal foothold for business trips, wine tours and leisure trips to the Motor Valley and the Apennines. The flat, in a Residence of Villas, has an independent entrance with 2 showers, one of which is an expensive hydromassage, a protected garage, a large garden with a big dog kennel and high quality finishes. We are available for travel advice and bookings.

ORANGE room access to the ground floor with the bathroom equipped with bathtub, shower, hairdryer, sanitary pads, shampoo, bath foam and hand soap. The staircase leads to the 1st floor in the bedroom, with retractable desk, wardrobe area, minibar, Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, kettle with tea/herbal tea bags, sugar, towels and bed linen. A few glass bottles are provided to stock up on microfiltered water at the dispenser located on the ground floor.
