L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla e a pochi minuti dal centro di Terni e da Narni, nella verde campagna umbra ed e' presente un parcheggio privato. Terni e' una piccola città, le distanze sono brevi, e la posizione del nostro appartamento e' ottima per esplorare i luoghi piu' suggestivi della nostra provincia: la cascata delle Marmore, Piediluco, Narni, Le Mole di Narni e le Gole del Nera. Sarete soddisfatti al 100%!

"La Botteguccia" is located in the historic center of Rieti, in a quiet position and a stone's throw from the central square, the Flavio Vespasiano theater and the train and bus station, in an area well supplied with typical restaurants and nightclubs where you can have a drink.
