na een zeer gastvrije ontvangst, Simonetta en haar man Pietro zijn ernorm lieve mensen, heerlijke taart, verse groenten en eieren voelden wij ons meteen helemaal op ons gemak. Een klein paradijsje. Het huis heeft luiken, een ventilator en airco op de slaapkamers dus sliepen we ondanks de hitte heerlijk in de ruime slaapkamer met het comfortabele bed. De badkamer is luxe evenals het beddengoed en de handdoeken. De keuken is prima. Het zithoekje is klein, voor 2 personen, maar de stoelen zitten heel comfortabel. Wat hebben wij genoten van het buitenterras, onder de heerlijk geurende sterjasmijn en de trompetbloemen met de roep van de hop op de achtergrond. Met een beetje wind was het daar de hele dag heerlijk toeven. Het huis biedt een prima uitvalsbasis naar de bekende plekken in Umbrië. Voor wie houdt van rust en natuur is dit een geweldige plek. Ohh en dan vooral ook genieten van de sterren en de vuurvliegjes als het donker is!

We stayed at this farmhouse (along with the neighboring villa) for nine nights with a group of close friends and had an incredible time! The views, pool, and surrounding area are spectacular—even better than the photos convey. It is exactly the Italian countryside experience we were hoping for. The host, Maria, and her family also went out of her way to make sure our entire stay was pleasant and memorable, including helping us arrange chefs for three of the evenings and local drivers to see local sites.

It was a real pleasure to spend the night at Cesoni View. We were welcomed by two cherry trees loaded with tons of sweet and tasty cherries, and by Stefano who explained us the house and gave us plenty of good advice. The house is clean, spacious, confortable, fresh in the hot summer, and absolutely quiet. The view is great. We will certainly return next year!

Luigi’s place felt like a little paradise off the beaten track, a really charming place. The village itself is very idyllic and is located in the dreamy valley, perfect for a recluse holiday. The flat has everything one needs and the little garden is a nice space to rest. Luigi was a very warm and welcoming host - made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive.

Posto incantevole. Posizione meravigliosa. Ci tornerò appena possibile. Elena e suo marito sono stati accoglienti e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Da raccomandare in tutta tranquillità.

The check in was smooth, Arianna took time to show us around and explain how to use the house. The place is very spacious, have great style and it's hard not to enjoy it. The town is beautiful and there's many great restaurants and places to visit in the area.

La comunicazione con Maria Rita è stata perfetta. Casa funzionale e molto pulita. Sicuramente un alloggio consigliato per chi si trova nei dintorni. Lo stesso borgo di Casperia è molto bello e merita di essere visitato.

Alessandro und Monika waren perfekte Gastgeber. Wann immer ein Problem auftratt waren sie sofort mit Hilfe zur Seite gestanden. Das Haus liegt toll. Ruhig mit weitem Blick in die Oliven Felder. Der Pool ist wunderschön mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Und die Innenausstattung ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und der paddel Platz war das i Tüpfelchen für uns. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, perfetta per chi come noi cerca un posto tranquillo , a contatto con la natura e con ampi spazi all'aperto per i nostri compagni a 4 zampe. La proprietaria di casa Rosaria è una persona squisita ed è stata molto ospitale e discreta. Menzione speciale per le sue due splendide caprette tibetane e per i meravigliosi gatti che girano nei dintorni del casale, soprattutto il mitico e coccolosissimo Bruno ❤️

Renzo il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile nel risolvere ogni esigenza. La casa è una bomboniera incastonata nella natura, molto pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Adatta in ogni stagione per i servizi a disposizione.Stra consigliata!

Claudia’s place is truly delightful and our stay was outstanding from arrival until departure. The host was very responsive and answered questions before the stay clearly and concisely. The home is large, beautiful, with stunning picturesque views across the property’s olive grove and beyond. Claudia’s hospitality was amazing; Check in was very easy and we were even greeted with an unexpected gift full of amazing home made delicious pastries, local honey, olive oil, home made bread and more. You can easily reach the Eternal City in less than an hour by car and then return home after a busy day to the tranquillity and charm of Claudia’s country farm. There are many places to visit in the area including the quaint hamlet of Farfa, with it’s local shops, bars, restaurants and the Benedictine Monastery, where chef Jamie Oliver once cooked for the Friars. This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to and would I highly recommend it

Ottimo. Alloggio spaziosissimo e confortevole. Qualche problemino di polvere sotto i letti ma per il resto tutto come in descrizione. Fantastica la posizione a 200 metri dagli impianti sciistici. A parte qualche piccolo e insignificante disguido iniziale legato al numero degli alloggi, la proprietaria Sarah si è dimostrata da subito gentilissima e affidabile. Un posto assolutamente consigliabile per nuclei familiari numerosi o per piccoli gruppi di amici con figli.

Cinzia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti perfetti. Oltre ad aver accomodato il check-in in base alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno dato il benvenuto in modo cordiale, mostrandoci tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza. L’appartamento è fornito di ogni comodità: dagli utensili da cucina e toletteria ad i calici per un buon bicchiere di vino di fronte al fantastico camino (che ci hanno fatto trovare pronto per essere acceso, un vero tocco di gentilezza e premura che dimostra la natura estremamente disponibile degli ospiti). La pulizia era impeccabile: ogni superficie e zona della casa è stata curata con estrema dovizia. Il luogo poi è incantevole, quasi fiabesco, estremamente suggestivo per un week end fuori porta di relax e riposo. Fortemente consigliato, noi torneremo di sicuro!

Ottimo alloggio per rilassarsi e respirare un po’ di aria pulita nelle campagne umbre. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, pulito ed ordinato. Esperienza consigliata!

L'alloggio di Roberto è perfetto per trascorrere giornate immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Dotato di tutto, da una cucina attrezzata, al wi-fi, barbecue e una comoda piscina per scappare dal caldo romano. A pochi chilometri si hanno a disposizione negozi e servizi per ogni esigenza. E vicino ci sono posti stupendi per escursioni e visite come l'abbazia di Farfa. Roberto e sua moglie sono degli host premurosi e disponibili. Ci hanno suggerito una macelleria (Liberati, risto macelleria) con prezzi ottimi e qualità della carne altissima. Noi e la nostra piccola abbiamo trascorso dei giorni stupendi. Torneremo, la cordialità e la tranquillità di Poggio San Lorenzo la abbiamo nel cuore. Li ringrazio!

Casa pulita e confortevole Posizione centralissima Mariangela super disponibile e reattiva

Ho prenotato questa struttura per i miei genitori e mia sorella, che spesso vengono a trovarmi a Terni. Mi hanno riferito di essersi trovati benissimo e di aver potuto usufruire di molti comfort presenti all'interno dell'appartamento. Spero di trovare questa struttura di nuovo libera la prossima volta che verranno a trovarmi.

Welcome eccellente: in camera ci si può subito rinfrescare con ciò che trovate nel frigorifero a vostra disposizione. Sistema di check in intelligente, casa accogliente, e camera Leonella pulitissima e piacevolissima, così come il bagno subito accanto. Il balconcino si affaccia su una splendida vista, sia mattutina che serale. Paola é stata davvero celere come promesso, pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Consigliatissima per una o più notti! My mom and I stayed at Chez Nous while we were traveling through Abruzzo and loved our stay! L’Aquila is truly a gem and not to be missed. Chez Nous was the perfect home base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Enrichetta met us at check in to show us the parking garage and provided local recommendations, especially for Celiac-friendly restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops featuring local products of Abruzzo within walking distance. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Bernadino and many other historical sites. It was remarkable to see the resilience of the city after the earthquake and see the rebuilding efforts. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed and very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of art books about L’Aquila and Abruzzo and wished we had more time to peruse the collection! Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!
