We had a really perfect stay! The structure is cared for in every detail, cozy and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the best ever: plentiful, varied, and with fresh and quality products. It's a pleasure to start the day like this! A special thank you goes to Filippo, for his kindness, availability and attention to guests. Always present but never intrusive, it made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very beginning. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Great rooms, exactly as described and in a great location. Small maintenance needed in the bathroom, but otherwise everything is functional. We had a great time. In-person check-in and very friendly

I found a family environment thanks to the kindness of Andrea and his brother I'll be back because it's in a good location for getting around on foot. It's reminiscent of 80s hotels, and the management makes you feel right at home.

Beautiful stay, the location of the B&B is great, convenient to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you are on the beach and in 10 in the center. Giorgia is always available and kind

Very tasteful house and appartment. Very kind host. Suggestion is to provide more local tips for sightseeing and eating. Carlina was great. Also you could add two comfi chairs inside the appt. so guests can sit and read.

Hello, we were in a car, so parking in the courtyard of the house seemed very convenient. There was no need to look for a parking space and worry about the car. Upon arrival, we were met by the host of the house, took us to the house, showed us everything and told us everything. He was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a huge high bed, there was a private bathroom that belonged only to us. All plumbing was working properly, there was no inconvenience. There was also a separate small and very cozy dining room with a microwave and a micro fridge. We had dinner close to our stay in the town of San Giovanni in Marigno at Osteria Spacciodivino, highly recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately, we were only one day in this location and in this house, and we could not stay longer, but we were certainly very satisfied. Nina is a beautiful dog, and the cat brightened up our stay, we also admired the olive lard in the area of the house. Thank you!

Very nice AirBB. Clean and comfortable. Luca was a wonderful host who made me feel like an old friend visiting. The swimming pool was lovely and the grounds are pretty. My only recommendation is that you have your own transportation (car, scooter, etc.) as the public transportation is not frequent. With a vehicle the BnB is quite close to the beaches of Riccione and Rimini, but it is also nice to just chill by the pool.

Amazing!! What an incredible place and the attention is superb

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

A wonderful place with peace and activity. Right at the beach. Beautiful terrace with lots of flowers. And a very hospitable Monica who helped us with everything. Recommended if you are in Rimini!!

Everything was as described. A beautiful place in nature. Lora and Luca are great hosts. We felt very comfortable right away and were able to relax a lot. We can only recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room and adjacent bathroom are beautiful, comfortable and in mint condition (they opened only a month ago). The immense garden was great to relax in. Sometimes you’ll hear the circuit in the background, but never as loud as the chattering of the birds around the property. Most of all, we were amazed by the hospitality of Laura and Davide. They provided amazing breakfasts with homemade baked goods, local tips and even gave us a lift to a nearby wedding location, saving us a taxi ride. If ever we are in the area again, we’ll definitely revisit!
